literally the least helpful office i’ve ever been into. every single time i've walked into there they’re never able to do anything. i don’t understand why they have people working inside if none of them are able to help, can’t answer questions, and talk to you like you’re stupid.

Postal truck hit my vehicle and I was being trusting in the managers word in getting a call back so he can get my information and take care of my vehicle. Got a call to get my name and nothing concerning repairing my vehicle.Now all the numbers I have from them lead me to a dead end call service that never calls you back.Don’t trust their word call the police and get a report to have documented fault. I have to take the hit and for thinking people actually do their jobs or stick to their word.

Post office located on Ave Pico. CLERK Bry** that works Saturdays seems to be not happy with his job since he doesn’t go above and beyond his clerk duties. One cranky and LAZY CLERK for sure! Go to another post office if you can.

Are you serious? They mixed my last names on both my card passport and the book passport. Ridiculous I always have a problem here they are messing up on important documents now what am I supposed to do?
