Justin is a terrible & dishonest salesperson, and from my experience; the worst liaison this company can have representing them and dealing with the public on their behalf, truly one of the most vile and unlikeable people I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. Before he begrudgingly helped me, he was sitting & watching YouTube, (seriously- he’s getting paid to sit & relax?) and then while assisting me, he told me I HAD to buy a accessories bundle in order to get a ongoing promotion to which I did under his direction (he’s very pushy). It never said this particular stipulation outright on the promotional page so I called Verizon after the fact and they told me that this was actually TOTALLY false and not necessary to get the deal I wanted. Not fair or honest in the slightest & completely unprofessional. It’s truly baffling how people like Justin who are so dismissive and untrustworthy, stay employed.

We got a new iPhone 15 today, Romano was extremely helpful and straight to the point which we really appreciated! From the second we walked in we received great service and customer care all the way around! Super happy with our experience ?

No help, ever. This is the third time I've been in there, and each time my question why you even bother it's basically like Verizon tells those employees not to do anything except cell or activate phones. Anything further is like asking for the word, enable promptly advise you to call technical service and get out.

Came in this morning to get the new iPhone 15 and to become a new member of Verizon. I was beyond surprised with the support from Romanos. He took his time to help me and explain everything along the way. He also made sure I was getting the best deal. I will definitely be switching over my family plan to Verizon because of how smooth the transaction was with Romanos. Thank you!

I went into this Verizon store on Monday hoping to quickly transfer my former business phone number and open a consumer account. Sean at the store was incredibly helpful. He had to call the Verizon main office to get access to my former corporate account. Verizon asked me to unlock my credit report so they could approve my new account (I unlocked it within 30 minutes). It has now been more than 48 hours since that time. The Verizon rep has now called me 4 times to tell me that Verizon still cannot access my credit. I'm very disappointed @Verizon in your service. I hope this post gets some action.

My phone was malfunctioning. Ramano sorted it out. He is very considerate and helpful. When I want a new phone / plan this is where I will go.
