Great people work here. I’ve been dealing with the Asurion reps (who are a nightmare to deal with) and the people here at Verizon are fantastic. Justin deserves a raise and a promotion.

I was on the phone with Verizon customer service, trying to get an eSim for my new S23 Ultra. The rep somehow managed to deregister both my phone AND my wife's from the network! No way to call or receive a call on either phone, and my wife is headed to LAX for a trip to Japan ?We got on WiFi and found this Verizon retailer nearby. Eric was running the service counter, and he was extremely polite and competent. He was able to reach the Verizon registration department directly and expertly ran through all their hoops to get our phones working asap.Thank you Eric! You saved the day, and my wife's trip to Japan. ⛩️??

My experience with this store was absolutely horrible. Since there are no zeros, I give them a one. They are not a Verizon store. They are a licensee known as Victra. They don't tell you that. The only way you know it is when you get your receipt, if in fact you do get your receipt. I purchased two phones and two tablets. We left our old phones at the store so they could transfer data. When we returned we got the devices in a bag but there was no receipt. I had to go back several days later to get the receipt. I was shocked to see that they charged me $65 for some liquid that they put on the screen of my phone, and they also charged me for insurance which I did not want. The next day I returned one of the tablets because my son didn't want it. They never advised Verizon of this return and I am now getting billed for it Even though I returned it within one day. The worst example of their incompetence is they told me that each line would cost $35 for setup. In fact it's not $35, they charge $39.99. They don't tell you that Verizon will then charge you $35 for every line. Simply stated, the $39.99 that they charge is just a rip off disguised as a setup fee which it isn't. Verizon will actually charge you $35 for the setup fee. I ended up paying Victra $120 for what was to be set up fees. Then Verizon bill me $105 for the setup fees. Do not trust these people. Go to a Verizon company store.

Jonny Aragon is amazing. We finally got the time to switch to Verizon and Jonny who was there by himself helped us out by patiently transferring our old phones to new ones, and ensuring that my two kids who live out of state would easily be able to transfer as well. Even with some tech glitches he persisted to fulfill customer needs. Thank you so much Jonny!!!!Updated: Justin Childress took the extra time to help me push through a number transfer for my son’s new phone. Justin was amazing and patient and helped us get my son back online with his old number quickly. Thank you Justin!!!

Extremely rude customer service. Eric is horrible he was basically trying to get me to leave because he was alone and overwhelmed. When I said I was going to wait he began to passively say rude comments under his breath. And why is he in customer service? His boss should have a conversation with him regarding his attitude.
