I came in without an appointment to switch my phone plan and transfer lines from another carrier. Ashley was very helpful and patient through the process. She also was able to help me qualify for a promotion to get free phones for the transferred lines. This is the store to come to if you want 5 star customer service!

We went to this store specifically for Ashley. We met her a few years ago back at the Irvine location and were very impressed by her amazing customer service skills. Ashley is transparent and honest about the prices and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We walked out with 4 new phones and felt secure in our decision. Everyone from Ashely to the manager were kind and patient. We will be back when it’s time to upgrade. Thank you Ashely and the San Clemente team!

This is NOT a real Verizon store, its an INDIRECT partner 3rd party retailer... These people ripped me off bigtime. I wanted a $200 watch, the girl somehow got $600+ out of me because she signed me up for a payment plan... This should be criminal. They did same thing with my phones but not as bad.

Ashley is one of the greatest persons I have ever been serviced by in a long time, customer service is hard to find these days. She not only helped me beyond my expectations but also saved me massive amounts of money leading me in the right direction switching my lines to business accounts. Jason is the best! He’s quick, knowledgeable and gets it done! For context, I went to another Verizon store and the sales guy basically said he was too busy to help. I see Jason, and he’s busy, but he somehow fits me in and gets it done in the time promised!
