I’ve been to many 24 Hour Fitness locations in San Diego, and this one is definitely my favorite. I usually come in the mornings, and it’s always clean, well-organized, and has plenty of equipment available—even during busy hours. Whenever I can, I make sure to come to this location.

Disgusting, I got approved for a 3 day trial because I’m not going to pay for a membership I will regret and thank God I didn’t. I came and parking was horrible, the parking lot REEKS of piss everywhere it’s disgusting. I came up to the front desk, didn’t get greeted and rejected me doing my 3 day trial because of my out of state license, and I’m in the military. Not once did I see that on the trial agreement but I saved myself the time because this location looks run down. I drove 25 mins just to get turned away. Here I come LA Fitness or CHUZE

This gym has excellent teachers for group classes like Staffi, Sarah, Emily, and Brooks. However, it is managed terribly! The showers are dirty and lack shower gel, the black floor mat smells, it's hard to find a usable locker, the one-time-use lockers are permanently occupied, and below photo was taken over two months.

When I stated going to this gym it was great 5 stars everything was in good working conditions, they even had plastic bags in the shower so you can put your dirty clothing inside , everything was spotless clean , even the employees very friendly from the moment you step to the gym it was very motivating arrive to a gym where you can hear and see a full class working out , trainers super helpful, I even saw a trainer holding an elderly woman hand to walk , and that said a lot about that trainer , , but now there’s nothing like that , I’m just going to say that they have both racquetball rooms closed for almost half a year , , so is not the worst gym, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt, and like they said , its corporate that is making those decisions heheh

I gave this facility 1 Star a month ago but re-rate it to 5 Stars.
Majority of People who come to this gym are very disrespectful. They are dirty, not follow the rules (i.g not rinsing before enter swimming pool, hot tub, loitering every where).
This is not this facility fault! Gyms staffs are friendly and professional.
I just wish people be more thoughtful and clean up after using equipments. Also, Please do not loitering and rinse yourself before entering the pool or hot tub. No one wants your salty sweat in the hot tub or swimming pool. Look cool act cool 😎

I can really see the benefits after training with Aaron for three months. First of all, I have really enjoyed the sessions! But mainly I’ve become stronger and aware of exercises I can practice on my own. Aaron is a very good teacher, patient, knowledgeable, and good humored. Makes me wish I were rich so I could keep up with the training forever!

Dishonest criminal behavior. DO NOT come here. They autorenewed my sister's membership years later even after my sister become disabled.Never even sent me the 419 dollar receipt! Assured me they would take care of it when GM returned from vacation. That was fabricated to delay. This is the second negative review I have written in my entire life. My family member was severely injured after doing personal training here. We are now being charged for a membership of a disabled person (my sister has a handicap sticker). Predatory to rob a disabled person. Run!! Update, the email the gym provided they do not respond to. Also dishonest again stating that we never tried to cancel. I am so shocked and surprised after being a member over 20 years. Incredible. They were family fitness when I started. So disappointed.
