  This 7-Eleven took my rewards points and then tried to charge me full price for the item with no discount. I have the 7-Eleven rewards app and I used 500 points for a free drink and they would not honor that but they took my points though but would not honor the discount shame on them

  Whoever comes and shops at the 711 of this store don’t shop here. I don’t recommend it. There’s two employers that they do injustice. I was a normal customer. I came to buy my regular milk and my doughnut for me and my baby, but this employer kicked me out out of nowhere made me seen like I was a robber but I’m not I’m just a regular customer like everybody else shops normal here than a customer for a long time. Do not come at this store. No one cause you’re gonna be back treated like I did. I call the cops too. He scratch me pinch me kick me on my legs and I think this is injustice. I even have a witness of pictures of him of the cashier and him that they kicked me out of the store. I don’t know if I can put it in public, but I think I will try to put it in public. How they look for you guys can see what they did to me.

  The Best! Just met Alfred, the DM I believe. And he went out of his way to make me a fresh pizza! Excellent customer service and my favorite 7/eleven in San Diego! He recommended the 2 slice with a big gulp special! And he was very caring when I told him my grampa passed away. This team here is the best!

  This African American cashier pictured below made my experience at this location extremely uncomfortable, I walked in and was walking around the store looking for items that I wanted and I happened to grab a box of buffalo chicken wings and read it before putting it back in its correct location. once I got stuff that I needed I proceeded to go to the counter only to have this guy ask where I left the item that I grabbed from the freezer. I told him I put it back and he replied with I saw in the cameras you put it somewhere else. I was like umm I don’t recall putting it somewhere else and he replies by telling me that’s he’s gonna kick me out if he does not find it. Extremely horrible experience do not come here. Also prior before coming in the door was locked because this man was outside the store smoking and not doing his job.

  Probably should educate your employees about the 7 eleven app, we had to pay twice because he wouldn’t accept it. He said “no online here bro” even tho the receipt showed the address and ‘payment received’ and the directions say to show cashier. It was a small purchase but If you guys don’t honor the app remove your store from it.

  Bad customers service. White lady who is working today 12/16/2023 2:49pm. Asked her how her day was and she replied “what’s good about it”. First of, I’m being nice and I demand the same respect. second I asked for a spoon and she threw it instead of giving it to me. Rude old lady..

  Jamal mops and cleans the store frequently so the next shift can come into a clean store and start their shift without having to pick up his slack. His customer service is exceptional he makes me feel safe shopping here at night. He always greets us as customers and very helpful knows his store very well is able to tell me where things are located or if they don't carry what I'm looking for.

  Genuinely I will always leave reviews , along with balancing of positive and negatives! However this individual . I remember when he was a a part time employee ! He would tell me to remain humble and the man above will bless ! The fact he interacts with everyone of his customers as well have balance ! We know life is hard but he does understand that we are all people some just need a warm bite ! Along with encouragement congrats on being the manger they definitely will begin to see your compassion and dedication!
