Convenient location and open 24 hours, which is a big plus. However, the store was a bit untidy and the shelves weren’t very well stocked when I visited. Staff was polite, but service could be more attentive. Decent for a quick stop, but could use improvement.

i went in for a meal combo and the staff told me that they stop making hot foods at 1pm. that includes pizza, hotdogs, nachos, and rolls.
711 management does this make sense? there was pretty decent traffic in and out of the store so this statement from one of the staff should be addressed. 1pm for any hot foods item is insane. The location is in the center and is the only location. does that mean during these hours other customers also can’t enjoy any hot food items?

Unfortunately if you’re looking to celebrate Slurpee Day, you’ll have to find a better 7-11, likely ANY other 7-11. They do not participate, so I’m posting this for all those families that were hoping to come here and don’t need to waste your time! Also, still likely the most gross 7-11 I’ve been to, but I wouldn’t have written a review for that.

Extremely rude and unprofessional..Saw a person in front of me ask for Buffalo wings,they handed him the box and he paid and noticed these are BBQ not buffalo can you swap them,guy was extremely rude and started yelling at him telling it was a health hazard and causing a scene..Today I went there and their machine was messed up and wouldn’t read my card and the lady working was extremely short and rude and acting like it was my fault her janky equipment is broken..Ended up leaving without purchasing and will go to the liquor store across the street from the time being-You’ve lost another customer and earned another bad review.

I went in with some friends and while they were shopping i was looking for some cough medicine. I accidentally knocked over a packet of medicine and the old cashier got mad at me and told me to get out of the store because i was “knocking things over” and “wasnt going to get medicine”

I’ve never cared enough to review a convenience store before, but I walked into a ridiculous scene at this 7-11. The employees were berating two 15 year old boys for changing their mind about a soda at the fountain. One of them had poured his drink out and gotten a different one. It probably cost the store ten cents in syrup…The boys were trying to laugh it off and said OK when she insisted they pay for the extra soda. The employees began screaming about their “attitude”, took their debit card and kicked them out of the store. All of the adults in the store told them they couldn’t keep his card so she marched out front and threw it towards the trash can. It was completely out of line, completely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. The store is close to a high school and probably deals with a lot of teenage high jinx, but witnessing this event, their reactions were completely blown out of proportion and abusive.

I was litterally just trying to pay for my stuff and the cashier was super rude because I wanted to put in my phone number for rewards. Like if you hate your job work somewhere else please ??

Sunday morning cashier was so rude and disrespectful, ordered a specific item and she gave me another and started screaming why I was arguing with her, I just wanted her to give me the correct item I requested. Both of those lady cashiers are super rude and have poor customer service skills.

For the hispanic women working right now you should be ashamed of yourself for assaulting a minor in your store. My mother is a witness to you snatching a drink out of the young man's hand while he was still drinking. Is then snatching food right out of his hand. I don't understand why you are yelling on the top of your lungs. Then the skinny hispanic proceeded to yell at my mom after she bought an item. For the kids that were just there if you see this comment in the review section you can press charges on the lady who assaulted you. If you wanna make a police report of that lady assault in you get a hold of me on my Instagram nicks_lounge37 mom is the witness for that assault that lady took upon you.
