I would like to make a formal complaint about your completely incompetent employee Adriana. The way I was just treated in the store because she has to clean up a small mess that is her job and she yells at me for not doing her job. She forced me to get napkins and clean up my own area? I'm sorry why is she working at this seven eleven? She works in customer service it is not my fault the cups for drinks are consistently misplaced. She even took a step further to insult my mother. I would like to speak to the manager as soon as possible about this as this is the worst most incompetent treatment by an employee working in customer service. I've worked in customer service for years and would never treat someone the way she inhumanely treated me. I expect to hear from the manager asap or else I will be bringing this matter to a person in a higher position at the corporation. Her name is Adriana- she is the rudest and most ethically inappropriate person I have spoken to EVER that works as a customer service employee. I will be needing to get in contact with the manager and like I said it if I can't I will go up to someone higher than the manager till this atrocity is addressed. Also, if you read this Adriana don’t ever insult my mother that is sick and you deserve to be fired for that.

I’ve never felt so disrespected at a 7-Eleven until I had the misfortune of dealing with Adriana. Her attitude was rude and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She seemed annoyed to even be at work, rolled her eyes when I asked a simple question, and acted like helping customers was a burden.
Instead of providing decent customer service, she was busy chatting with someone behind the counter and ignored people waiting in line. When she finally rang me up, she was dismissive and careless. If you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to find a new one.
7-Eleven needs to do better with hiring and training because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location as long as she’s working there.

The Prices are laughable. Ten Bucks for a Pint of Ice cream. Five Dollars for a Quart of Milk. And Unfriendy Service to Boot. That's just an extra Perk that's always Free! 😜

Worst pizza ever and even worse service. I bought a slice around midnight tonight and it was the last slice. Should have known better. This thing had been sitting there for hours but they had zero hot dogs or anything else. The guy was in a foul mood so I paid and left. Went across the street to clean out my car and took a bite. It was absolutely disgusting. I cleaned out my car and went back to explain that it was inedible and could I possibly exchange for something else. He was so rude, completely annoyed that I bothered him and told me I should have come immediately back if I didn't like it! My mouth sort of fell open in shock and I turned on my hell, threw the pizza away and left. Come on...He knows what time he made the pizza and despite all the people coming in for food after the bars were closing he had nothing hot besides an order of the scraggliest chicken wings I have ever seen. It was all the money I had to eat and he refused to exchange it for something edible? I will not be returning to this store ever again and will tell all my friends, family and coworkers about my experience there.

This is a very greedy franchise store. When the other stores are running deals that 7-Eleven corporate promotes they won't do it just to get you to pay more when you're there.I don't do greedy store owners. The most of store will ever get out of me again as my coffee in the morning because for that they're only 20 cents higher than the other stores.I would recommend avoiding this store at all cost and go to a different 7-Eleven because there's better stores nearbyDon't waste your time with this store.

I came here on vacation and purchased 1 pack of m & m’s and a candy kinder egg with my kids. I got back home and checked my credit card….. the clerk must have kept it open. The total charge was $27.11! They are THIEVES!!!!!

The cashier who worked here it was absolutely amazing and helped me out a ton and I appreciate them a bunch. It is a blessing to finally get to a 7-Eleven as there's none left in my area and this one stands out a ton.

One of the most unprofessional, dirty, and disrespectful places of business I've ever been. They've recently begun putting policies in place that specifically target the homeless and poor populations, trying to drive them away and frustrate them enough that they don't return. If you use EBT, they make you get twice as much as what you would get with regular money in order to deter you from purchasing. They now stop serving hot food as well to those on EBT. Immoral.
