Pathetic service excuse for a 7-11. Came by to pick up a package after work (I work odd hours) and according to their hours posted online and on their door, they were supposed to be open (10:15 PM). The doors were locked when I tried to home them. I knocked on the door to the employee and told him I need my package (dog with chronic illness medicine in Amazon locker) and he just shrugged me off. I kept knocking saying it is posted "Open till 12:00 AM" but he didn't care. I've grown up a block away from 7-11s my whole like and this is the absolute worst. You're better off just going a block up the street. I hope this place closes down because it's trashy, it smells, they don't follow their own hours they post and the employees are rude/ don't care.

This 7-Eleven straight up sucks. It's very dirty inside and the employees do not clean. Some of the employees here are like they hire from a homeless shelter or temp agency. You can say that about every 7-Eleven pretty much actually. The food here also is expired half of the time. They never have pizza and if they do why is it in a small the box old and expired...? A lot of homeless people go to the 7-Eleven so the 7-Eleven is kind of disgusting. I just think management and the owner can do so much better than what they do here at the 7-Eleven.

This location is situated in the middle of a transient hotspot, as a result the employees face a challenging situation in which, as far as I can tell, they’re doing the best they can.The employees make long hours, aren’t paid enough to deal with the regular deluge of verbal and physical abuse and are often understaffed. This results in them having to carry pepper spray or temporarily close up shop to clean up the mess people made without having a colleague to take over the till. Not the greatest location, but if you treat them with respect, they'll do the same to you.Side note, they typically close the doors at around 11:30p to start cleaning and close the shop, so be sure to keep that in mind.

Ok location, considering the circumstances. Due to being located in the middle of a transient hotspot, this location faces some challenges but as far as I can tell they're doing the best they can. Employees, underpaid as they are and making long hours, have to regularly deal with abuse, both verbal and physical , to the point that they started having to carry pepper spray. But if you treat them with respect, they'll do the same to you. Pro tip: the listed hours are wrong, they typically close the door at around 11:30p to start cleaning.

im A community Outreach and safety representative of the Alpha Project of San Diego, a well known Shelter for the Homeless and a Pillar to the less fortunate in the community. I came in on 7/6/2023 around 6:25 PM, came in to Buy a slushy and chips ended up leaving with 3 cans of mace half a foot from my Face. The Service was Horrendous, not only did i respectfully ask for a cup due to the sign on their Slushy Machine that read "Ask Store attendant for cups" but i also tried to reason with him and explain i only came to ask because the sign said so. He disrespecfully denied me and then his coworker shouted at me aggressively and i responded "why are you talkin to me like that, i work at Alpha Project man." He replied "Alpha? fuck Alpha get the fuck out" as i walked back to the machine another employee dressed in plain clothing ran directly up to me and put his mace in my face. By the time i was backing out there were 3 cans at the ready . This is a convenience store, where they provide customer service and the customer is always right. i will be contacting corporate becuase i want those responsible reprimanded and the manager notified of how his team is misrepresenting his business.

When to get someone waters for padres game on Fathers days and find out 3 days later they charge me a “cash back” I never did in that order. be careful with the cashiers there. Also me too for not asking for the receipt but come on?? Also the total of the waters and the chips didn’t came on the screen too. Very sad finding out I’m not the only one that had that issue.

I would rate lower if I could. 13 + for marlboro. If you use the app coupon store worker well delete it and pretend it didn't work. Poorly ruled store.

Don't even come after 10 pm. The grave shift puts up a sign saying they'll be back in 5 minutes and never shows up.

They only make coffee in the morning. If you get coffee later in the day, it’s from the morning batch and it’s old. They close before midnight every single day even though their hours state they should be open. The floors are absolutely disgusting. They are overpriced ($2 for an Arizona iced tea, literally double the cost).
