They have gasoline. Truelly. I just can't seem to buy it quickly. Slowest pumps EVER. I have a 32 gallon tank. Takes 20 minutes to get gas. Wtf?!?.

This is a perfectly great convenience store, they should remove the gas station, though.

The evening shift lady tried to charge me for creamer when they are clearly free and was extremely rude and condescending for me wanting to purchase something. They don’t care about your purchases nor value clients at all . Hope someone Reprimands this employee or teaches them better communication skills for the interactions with the general public

This is probly the worst 711. My wife went to buy some soft drinks and on her way out slipped on a huge oil spot in the sloped parking. She had asked to talk to a manager and was told there is no manager to talk to, she would have to come back in the morning. She had asked the attendant for at least the manager name and was told they do not know that information. I had gone back with her and the oil spots had been covered with kitty litter it looked like. We asked this attendant for the manager information and again was told to come back She does not know manager information. When asked about covering the oil the attendant said what oil. Avoid this 711.

Key anchor in South Park. CONS: No bathroom, weird parking lot, host of characters. PROS: it’s 7-Eleven.

I grew up in the area…. in the morning everyone knows what they’re doing but at night Jesus Christ good luck . Almost everyone has inadequate training especially with anything involving then711 wallet. How do I have to walk you through the process and I’m not even an employee. The only two who know anything are Sok and Janet. They’re the only reason it has more than one star . Edit: I tried to ask about the Zero sugar option on the slurpee machine as a diabetic and everyone didn’t care t answer , including a snobby lady who “is off the clock” but was behind the counter .

Credit card skimmers on the gas pumps. If you use your credit card or debit card to purchase gas at the pump it WILL be stolen. Owners are unresponsive. This has been going on for years. Scumbags.

Friendly service, decent selection. Not a "top tier" location, but good.

The guy in the front was following me around the whole time. I picked up a candy and put it back in a different aisle once I decided to get something else and he asked me where I put it. Then made me pay for it as if i took it. I’m 100% that’s not legal what a d*** a**

There is a very uncivilized male "black" employee there.. first off.. addressing customers as "n*gga" and exclaiming you "don't give a f*ck" in the parking lot when asked a simple question is very rude, very dangerous, and disrespectful. I asked a simple question and was treated very badly which is very unbusiness like. After I asked a question and was then spoken to in an ignorantly thuggish and uncourteous manner, it definitely caused for me to want to avoid that store altogether. Under no circumstance is it ok to refer to a paying customer as "n*gga". As a person of mixed heritage I was highly offended. He has a customer service job and obviously shouldn't. I'm going to call the store manager and contact the regional manager as well as the corporate office tomorrow to complain about what happened there this evening. When I called the store to find out when the manager there would be available to address my complaint he answered the telephone, then he lied and said he didn't say what he so brashly said in front of that store to me while he was in front bagging garbage. I suppose 7-11 as a chain has gone way downhill. I don't know what's up with 7-11's employees these days but they seem to have some of the most disrespectful tough guy CSR's I have ever encountered, ever. People like that employee are part of the reason I'd never support any sort of BLM movement, ever. He should never speak to any person like that on or off of the clock. There are cameras in front of that store that will show their employee being very hostile and aggressive, which cannot be good for 7-11 as a corporate franchise. That's how businesses get sued. Hiring thugs as CSR representatives is never a good idea. Way to treat the customer 7-11..
