Even for a 7 Eleven this location falls short in every standard. There is constant payment issues with their machines, your card will be declined on here even though it says input accepted and non of the employees can't speak English so non can help you, I've had multiple bad experiences with this location not just one and I will finally just not come here anymore now that there are other more competent run businesses that offer the same things.

think about this if you went to your average restaurant you would have to pay probably $20 for a fantastic $7 pizza, they do it just right on the crust it ain't hard, and you can't beat the soda fountain refill you bring your own container, the only thing I don't like is lots of times the drinks are not full strength like they should be, they are water watered down so I am forced to put sugar in it, needless to say I am now addicted to their pizza and soda deals

Top 5 worst 7 elevens I've been to purchase and load my green dot card. Throughout 7 years of green dot reloading I've never had mishaps until this year and twice from 7 eleven this place being the second. The first one at 6571 el cajon Blvd took the time out and realized a new associate messed up the reload. He fixed it in an hour. I spoke to corporate about this and they're not doing their part. The man that works there is very rude and comes off aggressive. I asked him what was his name while on the phone with 7eleven complaint and he flared his eyes at me. I worked retail for 7 years and I would never do that to a customer. I called this store regarding my deposit and he rudely said don't call and hung up on me and I was respectful. The man's working but meet me somewhere else. Will update on the $200 deposit. It hàs been 11 days and still no answer. I will press the issue but I can't tell you how upset I am.

today at approximately 6:30 pm I went to 7/11 that's in the Florida and Cajon Blvd went to buy two power ball tickets for today's drawing and the girl wanted me to pay 22.00 Dlls, which was too much because tickets cost 2.00 dlls per ticket . I asked her why she only yelled at me that I had to pay her 22.00 Dlls and took off the 4.00 dlls I had put on the counter and what I left in shock is that she wanted me to take my wallet, that if it was very impressive that the cashier wanted me to steal my wallet to get the money, I really felt attacked what I told her to call the police to clear the matter what she ignored me and keep the tickets and my 4.00 dlls, that if it's really unfair

I was over charged for a coffee refill. I been going to this store multiple times and purchase a coffee refills. I know the price. I tried to confront the store clerk and they say this is the price which was not true.

Every time they have a special like 99 cent ice coffee or hot chocolate. They are out the entire time. Now they have a special 2 king size Hershey for 4.50 well they ring up almost 6 I asked the guy to go look at the sign and said he couldn't do anything anyway because that's the price they are ringing up as. Lazy and price gouging. It's 2 blocks away from me but I'll be walking a extra 2 blocks to the liquor store on El Cajon they have better prices. I'd give zero stars if I could

Second time a 7/11 deal was posted next to the drinks and the employee in the store told me that the deal wasn't valid. 2 Monsters for 4.50 valid until 4/12. Which is funny seeing as how I've gotten the deal a couple times before and its been available everytime the coupon/sticker is posted. Posting a deal should be honored especially if it's within the timeframe advertised.Side note: Employee inside asked me if I was going to pay cash or card and I said I was looking for my card and he wouldn't let me use my card. Instead wanted me to use cash for the sale and "forgot" to give me my change back for a good second. Weird exchange overall.Edited to add picture.

Staff are very rude. The staff are not English speaking , If you need help in explaining what you need they don't understand or communicate professionally. I was give the wrong amount of change when I made a Purchase. I was told I could get my correct change until the following day, after the. Register was counted by a manager. Very Unprofessional.
