We live in North Park and regularly almost daily go to this store and spend $20-30. For the past 2 days there has been a new guy there. Very rude slamming drinks on counter, talking rudely, with lots of attitude. Getting mad when we ask for a bag to put items in. I gave him the benefit of doubt about yesterday. However, Today I said there is no need to be mean and rude we are nice people in this neighborhood, and we like to spend our money in the community where we live. His response "I'm going to have to ask you to leave". I left. Well as I calculate it we spent over $20x5x52= $5,200 in this location last year. Money that I will now walk one block further to spend with another store. One where they appreciate our business and treat us with respect. What a nasty attitude! I don't know if he treated me that was because I was in old gym clothes perhaps he thought I was a transient however no one should be judged or treated poorly. I'm just one person imagine if this employee of yours treats everyone like this. You stand to loose a lot on revenues. I will never set foot in this location again and will tell all my neighbors about my experience. You should bring back that nice lady or you should have given her a raise to keep her. Shameful way to treat regular customers.

For being a newer 7-Eleven this one is bottom of the barrel. Good luck nailing down a price here, especially if a sale is listed anywhere. The big screen advertising deals is more or less worthless when it comes time to ring up whatever is on it. To be clear, I don't blame the workers as clearly it's management that's all over the place based on everything you can see. Do not get a Slurpee here unless you feel like playing Slurpee roulette. You won't know which ones will be available, and sometimes none of them are available. Do you need a cup for that Slurpee? Who knows which sizes will be stocked. The worst thing is the opera music that plays outside. Not because opera music is bad or anything, but because it's a pretty well-known anti-homeless measure. Just doesn't sit right with me. There's another 7-Eleven about three blocks away. Go to that one instead.

Four stars for awesome customer service, and one missing star for lack of product. Went in for Lucky Strike cigs shorts and the employee (middle aged gentleman, grey hair, and goatee) went out of his way to check all the shelves and all the Lucky products to try and find the right one - ended up finding only the longs which we bought anyway. Kind and helpful, but not his fault the store is out of stock. This man deserves a promotion. Excellent customer service.

12:35 no need for employee to have been gone, no signage of why closed, no answer of phone. sat outside in car for 30mins…this is a joke. This happens more and more in the evening when your a easy and accessible open business….oh wait your employees are clearly cheating all possibilities of continued patronage. It’s 12:33am early morning of 1/5 who should no longer have job? Cause it’s just not that hard!’

Who owns this 7-11? You know what goes good with your slurpee? Opera music! Thank you for always sharing operatic music while I shop. Obviously, you are adding to the community exposure of the culture of channeling our vibrations and firing our neurotransmitters. I'm sure this sways and criminal activity here. The music is too beautiful to act a fool. The only 7-11 that shares opera genre. Beautiful
