Always greeted kindly when entering, patient cashiers, always have what I want, so I leave satisfied. ?

I have been going to this 7-11 for like 20 years. If you're here because you're curious if it's always been like this, the answer is yes. Whatever strange experience you had here, it's always been like this. This 7-11 has been robbed at least 4 times that I personally remember. I went in here often enough that I used to know all the cashers. None of this is the fault of 7-11, or the franchisees or even the employees. This 7-11 is just a beacon for homeless crackheads and humans perpetrating strange behavior.THAT SAID, this place has always had an excellent selection of energy drinks. Because I prefer caffeine to whatever the people sleeping in the parking lot are (I can only assume) smoking, shooting, or snorting. They accept EBT here. And let me tell you, on a Thursday evening, there is nothing better than to watch a person texting in line on an iPhone 14 while buying those hot cheetos with an EBT card. All very true stories aside, (and believe me I've got a lot more) other than the incredibly small parking lot, and the homeless crackheads, this is a great 7-11 with everything you need in a convenience store.

Worst 7 eleven experience I have ever walked into. Some crackhead looking woman was taking 20 minutes. Instead of the male cashier tending to the long line, he closes his register. I pay for fast convenience. Then the racist Asian girl with glasses kept back talking when I stated they needed a second cashier & trying to blame me bc she's too incompetent to solve actual issues. I can get through in & out drive through lines like this. Asian woman is racist against whites, talks back, & doesn't ask the other guy/kid for help. If you have a time consuming register issue, you don't close your register then blame customers for your inability to solve simple issues.Clearly this is the hood with poor values & morals.Since everything was recorded, it will be on social media. Owner needs to hire better.

I came in and handed the female associate cash and asked her to use the cash and put the remaining balance on my card. Instead she kept the cash and charged me for the full amount. I didn’t catch it until I got home. I reached out to the manager Daman and didn’t hear back so I am forced to leave this bad review. There’s another 7-11 up the street, like a block away on the other side of the street going toward 54th. Go to that one instead.

The young black girl that works here is very polite and professional. Always either working or cleaning the place and rushing to help customers whenever they arrive the cash register. Very outstanding young lady

At 10:OO PM on 11/25/21 the female clerk assisted my friend who just learned how to use his e.b.t card . She was patient and very courteous and we appreciate it

This happened awhile ago but their cashier stole my phone and sold it to someone in Orange, California according to Apple Care, so I'm posting this so other people can be aware to avoid this 7-eleven like all hell. A few months back I decided to stop at this particular 7-eleven around 10:30pm or so because I had to get cat food and it was close to my old apartment. It was only myself and two employees, a younger man and an old, cranky lady. I paid and before I even walked out the door all the way I realized I had left my phone on the counter. I figured no biggie, it's literally right there they will give it to me. Well long story short, my phone was gone and the woman and man swear up and down there was no phone, and after asking to call someone as I lost my phone and had just moved to San Diego, the cranky old lady rudely told me she didn't care and laughed. Fast forward to the next morning, after having gotten a new phone $1000 dollars later, I get a call from my boss saying a worker at 7-eleven had answered her call and told her to tell me to come get my phone. I'm already livid they lied about having it but at least now I'll get it back right? Wrong. I get there and tell them I had been told my phone was there and to come pick it up, literally just 20 minutes ago, and the guy says I'm lying. He barely looks around and says he doesn't have my phone. Even after I have my friend track the location of the phone and tell him I CAN SEE IT IS THERE, he laughs at me and tells me to call the police then. I was so enraged I just left but the owners of this 7-eleven ARE THIEVES. THEY STOLE MY PHONE AND SOLD IT. APPLE NOTIFIED ME AFTER THE PHONE HAD BEEN BLACKLISTED. THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES. I might just still look into legal action. Anyways, don't give these jerks your business or money, you my just get pick pocketed on the way out.
