Cashier did not pay me my $3 lottery winnings. Said he did. Called me names and told me to not come back into this store. Shouted as he was berating me with other customers in the store. I complained to 7-11 but I will not go into this store ever again. It was only $3 but I felt like he was trying to make up some money for something he did. I will buy my lottery tickets elsewhere.

I ordered a package here and it said it got delivered to Suki which is the owner from this 7-11 and she said she didn’t receive it nor did anyone else. Amazon said she signed of my package. I never got my package

Worker doesn’t know what’s going on was overcharging me for 2 sodas and cookies. Then telling me to relax he works there like mmmm ok maybe u shouldn’t.

I recently had an unsettling experience at this establishment that compelled me to write this review. I made a purchase of three items and requested a receipt for tax purposes. During the checkout, I noticed that the cashier had scanned a $15 sunblock lotion set, which I hadn't actually picked up, and added it to my bill. When I questioned this, he refunded the amount in cash but seemed reluctant to give me the receipt. In fact, he even tried to retrieve it from me. This raised concerns about the business's practices. Transparency and honesty are crucial in any business, and I hope this review helps shed light on my experience.

I just stopped by to grab a coffee on my way to church. It took me a minute to find the Frappuccino I wanted, and I considered a snack. All of the sudden I hear " can I help you?" I literally hadn't made eye contact with the employee at all, I said no thanks. Well he then proceeded to say I was acting weird and opening things... if you mean the cooler that held my drink, then yeah I was opening things.There was a brief exchange where I told him he couldn't assume every customer was drunk late at night. He also asked where I was from and then didn't believe me when I said San Diego. He told me he just wanted to " recognize " me for the future. It was just him and I in the store and I felt very unsafe, it also felt like he may have been on something. I'll tell anyone who will listen to avoid this location like the plague.

Sign on door says "Back at 12:35pm" but they weren't. I've lived here since '75 and come here for years; I've never seen the doors closed before. It's always been open 24 hours. Another local resident was out front waiting and she said this has been going on for a while now, especially at night. Someone locks themselves in and doesn't open the doors. I'd like to think they're doing this for their safety or something but no, it seems more like they just don't want you to come inside. Maybe they should change the name from "convenience store" to "inconvenience store"? It's possible the owner doesn't know this is going on. If so, this yelp rating may be the only chance to let them know they have an employee that just seems to lock the doors every now and then. Ultimately the reason they do this doesn't matter, the outcome is that they're training me to go elsewhere and never come here again. There's no shortage of convenience stores in Rancho Bernardo.

I was trying to purchase some milk and they would not honor the price that it was displaying And the 2 clerks were extremely rude about it when asked if they can honor the price And also when asked about the 711 rewards They were very insulting and even asked me had I ever been to A711 before in my life

10/10 Service the owners son is so polite I don't know how there mom aka the owner raise her son and some times her daughter also helps. Staff are also nice and after looking at old reviews non of these new employees are rude or anything

Extremely rude, they definitely hate their job and it shows. Employees and manager give customers attitude. The customers didn't make you take this job or force you to buy a 7-Eleven. If it's to hard for you, try something else. Not even professional enough to look at you, lat alone look you in the eye when buying things from their store. One employee was mumbling under his breath talking crap to customers. Not surprised this store has 2 and a half stars. As there are so many 7-Elevens, i suggests you shop at another. You've been warned!

Came here on my break, I work nights so my break was around 2am. Walked in the store and their is no employee in sight! None.. I said hello a few times and walked out! Whomever owns this establishment should hire employees who are actually there! I'd loose my marbles if my store was left unattended. Won't be returning

There's nothing like researching where to find a particular beverage and not making it to the refrigerator because the associate demands that you leave your backpack on the dirty floor during the middle of a global pandemic. Great customer service

If you are alright with paying full price for every item, shop at this location. The codes don't ever work and I end up paying $15 for energy drinks, complete garbage.

What coincidence! Free slurpee to celebrate 7-eleven decades of operation and establishment. I hardly ever get a slurpee but I heard the promo which sounded great during this hot summer season which would also go great with a hot dog. Well, I got 2 hot dogs but was told that their machines were out of order (like all of them!). Now I know why the reviews are so bad. I feel bad for the founders of 7-eleven as this location has brought down their names and reputations.What surprises me the most is this place is still operating with so many bad reviews and services.Now you just lost another potential customer who might've gone there regularly for hot dogs and nachos. *waves* forever bye-bye.
