Hopefully this will get the owner's attention! not accustomed to leaving a bad review but as a neighborhood local 7/11 you carry some responsibilities to offer an acceptable level of service! I always try to get my gasoline from our local stations which your store is one of them even though i know I can save more by buying else where such as Costco and other stations but since I believe in promoting locally owned businesses I would care lot more to keep my business here in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, last two times that I had to get air I was turned away for rubbish excuses and what's even worse that the attendants don't feel any remorse and their demeanor speaks loud of their lack of care! I totally understand that you run a private enterprise but when you sign up to buy a neighborhood service station, as it carries the name with it you are obligated to certain level of customer service that you need to provide and reading other reviews, your store employees certainly show the lack of it! And just from one business owner to another, it starts from the top, if you just encourage them to have empathy and offer basic customer service, which fortunately in your case has no monetary expenses, you can only thrive and you never know maybe get some corporate perks by being one of the best run 7/11's in the town, city or even in the nation.

One of the best 7-11 in San Diego. The staff here are always friendly, and keep the store clean and stocked. They recently added an espresso maker. Large Carmel Macchiato for under $3.

Recently the last 3 times I have gone BUT since I moved to this area this place has ALWAYS been of poor service. So many complaints that they have been under the regional management's list of franchises to keep an eye on. This last 3 times they have had the audacity to not honor promotions, 7/11 points and lie about accepting coupons.The last time they had a promotion sticker that ended in MARCH and it was still placed, once my kid told them after they tried to charge the regular price the Indian cashier walked over removed it and said it was old and did not honor the promo price

Poor customer service.Bought large slurpee, 99 cents w 7/11 rewards.Mentioned this to cashier, older Asian gentleman, he ignored us and scanned the cup.Comes up 2.29$, entered 7/11 rewards #, didn't work, wanted to enter different # and cashier wouldn't let us, just said, what's it say on screen.Ugh. No help.I just paid the 2.47$ and left. Not worth my time.

The blond older lady working today 12:30 is very RUDE & passive aggressive. She needs to stop snorting & slow down !!! every time I have been in there she is huffy rushes me & sorry I took that extra few seconds choosing out my chip flavor you need to learn to Relax and why the rush every single time??

I went to this 7/11 on January 1st 12:15pm and the guy working was extremely rude to us. They post signs with deals and refuse to honor them. When we asked him about the deal he denied the sign and didn’t say sorry. Awful. False advertising of deals and sales.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I just went to buy food and a woman was going to attend to me and I saw that she was busy and that's when a young woman came out with a gray sweatshirt as if she didn't feel like working I asked her to give me some cream cheese taquito roll with jalapenos and he told me that they didn't have any I told him to give me steak and cheese I asked him for three because they have a promotion where 3 for 3 dlls he served me two I made the observation that he had ordered 3 he got upset and still argued with me I asked him to I gave her back my money I gave her bills and she didn't even know how to attend I would think twice about going to this place where they don't treat you properly she doesn't think that the little money that comes into our pockets is what pays her salary
