Tried to put air in my tires here, put money in the air machine only to find out the hose was cut and it was not useable. There is no sign on the machine and it is not blocked of in any way. Went inside to ask for the quarters back so I could go somewhere else and the woman working at 9:40pm on Wednesday 1/22 was incredibly rude, would not refund my money, and said it was my own fault for not checking the machine first. She said homeless people had cut the cord and it wasn’t her problem that if I wanted the money back I could go get the number off the air machine and call the corporate company to get a refund.

They keep the air machine on even though they know the air chuck and inflator have been cut off and stolen. I go inside after accidentally paying on the non-working machine and the guy behind the counter says to come back in the morning when the manager is around.
