VERY UPSET ON HOW I WAS TREATED! Went in this morning, and was helped by some racist lady named Pam. Didn’t acknowledge me what’s so ever. Asked for a bag and threw it towards me. I handed her my money and she just tossed it on the lower part of her work area. And walked off.

Workers here are so rude. I was just looking for some pain relief cream and the lady working in that aisle blocked that section and refused to let me look. When I told Arron the supervisor, he couldn’t have cared less or bother to pretend to tell me that he would speak to her. He only apologized after I asked him to speak to the manager but said all complaints would be handled by him, no one else.

299+ Cents only stores! They should rename the Stores. They've raised their prices 200% on most items. As have most restaurants. 10% inflation, my bum!

They have a good selection of products, but I cannot believe that there is only one cashier open for such a big store and it has been like this lately for the past two months or so , ugh! I had to leave the items and get out of there! They need to hire more people for that store.

This is my go to store for affordable prices for many name branded products. They have recently added an app and Instacart delivery.

99 cent store is over all budget friendly store. You will find mostly made in china product here. It’s a kind of general store sells all varieties of products from food and vegetables to beauty and party supplies, pet supplies, school materials , kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, paper and toiletries , house decor , toys etc. They also sells plants and flower banquets.I recommend to buy party supplies from here. Budget friendly compare to other store as we always use and throw such things.Don’t expect high quality from the product. You will get what you pay for.Don’t expect quality service from the staff as they are always super busy. Expect long line for check out if you visit during pick hours and busy weekend morning.Return policy is for 9 days only for unopened products and non perishable items only.

Now the 99 cent store is for rich people. The reason I say that is because you can get much better prices at Walmart or Costco by far so you have to be a rich person to spend the kind of money they're asking at the 99 cent store. They are selling Ten dollar bottles of wine that you can get at walmart for 7dollars. Barely anything is a dollar. Covid killed everything

CHECK THE PRICE AT THE REGISTER I cannot tell you how many times I have come home only to realize items marked 99 Cents on the shelves are 4 and 5 dollars. When this is caught at the register, even with photos to prove where the items are, they still refuse to charge the correct price. Per the office of weights and measures, they are required to to this by law and they still refuse. The managers at the store level don't care and have the audacity to become rude with the customers when they point this out. and their so called headquarters customer service does not follow through. You aren't really saving money when they are being sneaky about charging you more. I think this is why they have people bag their own groceries so you do not pay attention to what they are actually charging you. Buyer beware.

Date of Visit: 1/20/23I'm really not sure why they call this the 99¢ Only Stores - out of six items purchased, only one item was 99 cents. I even grabbed a box of Reese's Pieces candy, but when I saw it rang up at $1.39, I told the cashier to remove it from my items. I asked him why they're called it the 99 Cent Only Stores, stating I could get that candy cheaper at Ralph's Groceries (it's often $1.25 or $1.00) and he said really any more there are very few things that are 99 cents in their store. So based on feeling like the store name is misleading consumers, I'm giving them only two stars. They should change the name to "Discounted Items Stores" - that would be more accurate.I was disappointed - six items in my mind should have cost $6.00 plus tax at a 99 cent store instead of $18.00 plus tax - that's three times as much. I probably won't return here.

Havi hired his family as vendors and these people are the trashiest most unprofessional couple I ever seen. They blocked the aisle and then had the nerve to tell me to walk away (while blocking the entire path, this guy the claims I pushed him when I moved his cart to make a way. Called for manager and Havi came out dirty clothes, bad smell and poor hygiene (this is the manager) and he asked me to stop talking loud while his vendors are yelling across the store and he still wouldn't listen to my complaint but yet had the nerve to apologize to the vendors in front of me. Do not shop here - price gaugers who try to screw the public.dollar tree is far better than this - nothing is 99 cents here- these are the vendors and Havi
