I had a two-day window to complete all the tasks in our storage unit and when I arrived, I discovered the light was out. A quick trip to the office and the staff had it covered. Ian and Myra were amazingly friendly, courteous, and supportive.
Ian arrived at the storage unit with a new bulb and a ladder moments after I returned to there. Within 10 minutes, I was back in business and able to get everything done in the time allowed.
Bravo A1 Storage for hiring terrific people. You are very lucky to have Ian and Myra on staff.

What other people have been saying is true. After reserving a unit online 2 months ago I just received a letter in the mail that they’re raising the price on my unit. However when I check online they’re offering my same sized units for cheaper than they’re charging me. After talking to the regional manager he informed me that the online rate is only a 3 month introductory rate. That definitely was not clearly stated. I still really like the storage facility because it’s convenient and clean.

Make it make sense. They're increasing rent for my 10x7 unit to $221. The same size unit is being rented online for $159. They are unwilling to match the rate, but said I can switch storages....
Fine. I'll do that. But not without a negative review cause that's not cool to inconvenience your customer to move to same size unit, over flat out greed. I refuse to pay any more money. I'm already paying to much at $209....
They also should clean up the crap ppl leave on the 1st floor near elevator. Its littered every single time I go.

From the time I made my reservation till the time I finally arrived with my things everything was wonderful. They help you with everything and with a smile. Sometimes it is hard to find nice helpful people, but they are and do it all with a smile. Thank you Armando (sp) for helping us two older people with our things and showing us the way. Facilities are huge and spotless. Flat push carts, elevators, and easy unload by the elevators make the job easier. Thank you all.

I really enjoyed the initial call with Elle and the signup for the storage space was easy to do over the phone and the computer. Elle was professional in answering all my questions and efficient in the leasing process.
Anthony was the in the office to greet me and sign me in with a code, keys and instructions. He walked me up and answered all of my follow up questions.
I took two loads over to the space immediately. The parking space the dolly and elevator made the whole process easy. I felt safe in all the areas and my space was easy to get to.
Thank you A-1 SS. You have perfected the business of safe and easy self storage.

Will not be using this location or company ever again. Incredibly difficult to work with and beyond rude on multiple occasions. I had vehicle and unit storage with them for over 6 months and it left me with nothing but frustration. Taking my things out of storage and never doing business with them again

I bring in and pick up my truck every year a couple times. The place is close to the airport, which makes it perfect to pick up my vehicle after I landed, even on late arrivals. The staff is very friendly and very efficient in helping me get my car in and out. The store is very clean, there is no dust on the truck, even after a couple months. I strongly recommend this facility to everyone – you will like it.
Still super happy with the service after many years ?
