I came in to happen to be open on Easter Sunday I walked in asking about the $40 repair and unfortunately my screen was slightly more either way my daughter ended up looking at iPhone covers and the young lady by the name of Nam was amazing got up on a little stool and got her the case that she wanted. I highly recommend this place as the customer service excels my expectation.

Give Isaiah a raise. This young man welcomed me into the store, was patient with my questions, and was fast with installing the screen on my Pixel 7 Pro. He really saved the day after I dropped my phone. I wish more tech folks were like him: professional, helpful, and friendly. Thank you!

DON’T COME HERE, If I could put zero stars, I would. Came to fix my IPHONE 15 PRO MAX. Got it done, they did a good job. But when I went home and night came, I had to put my brightness down as you would so my eyes wouldn’t hurt. I came to find out that at low brightness, the screen was discolored and off, but then when you put it back at the highest brightness, it goes back to normal. So I go back the next day seeing if it was an issue installing maybe on their end, but they just bee,s’d me, gave me the ring around and said it was just my phones background. I respectively explain to them that it wasn’t. I even tried to go to the side because there was customers inside the store and I didn’t want to cause a hassle or affect their business. But they still insisted that I was at the fault saying that they told me that it wasn’t an original Apple product but when I originally had the repair done they told me that they would use an “oled screen “ and I quote, “the one that apple uses” which was an up charge by the way (250$). Then they told me if I just wanted to install my old screen back on (obviously planning that I would come back and complain or else, Why wouldn’t they throw away my old screen it’s trash.) I was still respectful still understanding, I know business is business, but they still were treating me like a dog, giving me snarky comments and refusing to give reason, logic and even understanding for their customers. Like, at least be chill guys, common, if it was you you’d be back just like me. Anyways, the ending of the nightmare goes they gave me a refund for around $150, but charged me $80 for labor. So long story short if you want to lose $80 go to this place they’ll take your money with a smile, but if you wanna get the job done right just go to Apple pay what you need to pay and you won’t have to loose time money or deal with those petulants.

The place is so awesome they have the best service out anywhere I've been my salesperson was very professional and not pushy he explain the problem and I had a bad cracked broken phone came back next day he fixed it promptly and did a great job I recommend this place highly-qualified personal experience it was great and very affordable Isaiah was his name also easy to find and great clean store super organize can't beat the price thanks a to z you have a customer for life. Will never go anywhere else they so are 9n top of their game thanks guys you rock I will tell all my friends.

The staff were kind and friendly when I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for a back glass replacement. Same day I went in to get the phone in order to sell it. When I started it up the next day to take photos to list it, there was a few green pixels poking through the display, and the LCD had been damaged.When I brought it in (less than 24 hours later) they told me it wasn’t their fault and they’d replace it at cost (130$ plus tax). There’s no visible damage outside of this, I didn’t drop it or even put it in my pocket. Kicking myself for not checking the display when I received it back, as I’d been told it was a simple back glass replacement and wouldn’t affect the internals.Disappointing they won’t take ownership for this issue. I wouldn’t suggest you go here.

Excellent customer service, the girl there is amazing, changed my screen in about an hour. It's not cheap but it's worth it if you want to save your phone. Looks and works like new!

Walked in to inquire about potential reasons why my iPhone wasn't charging consistently. Dan quickly diagnosed the issue and cleaned the charging port...free of charge. Very cool. I'll be back.
