Bradley and people with similar work mind-sets to him are the reason why people return to a business consistently. Bradley is always cheerful on the phone, will answer all of your questions, and makes you aware of similar options if what you are looking for isn't available. He was able to answer all of my sizing questions. and he was super happy to be of help. Any business would benefit from an employee like him, he is truly valuable to have on your team! Friendly and genuine people also help change the stigma around A&F -- I always talk about going into the store to my friends and some of them raise an eyebrow at me, but once they go in, their attitude towards A&F completely changes. I am really happy about these kinds of societal shifts, in addition to having his smiling face at the storefront. He truly makes A&F what it is today. Thank you so much, I will be back!

This is my favorite Abercrombie location in San Diego! It's huge and renovated to feel more spacious and light. The style of clothes are elevated and I like they're sizing much better than before. They also have lots of sales going on throughout the year.

They've renovated the store at Fashion Valley and I'm so glad it's no longer super dark with heavy concentrations of perfumes/colognes. The clothes are good quality and I love that they've updated the styling. They have a curve line of jeans that are simply amazing. The employees have been helpful every time I've visited recently and I look forward to returning.

Annoyed cause I drove all this way to buy clothes here and picked out clothes only to find out that I can't try on the clothes because fitting rooms are closed on the weekends according to two associates. So left with nothing. I gained weight since last time I bought clothes so not sure what size I am. I have to try the clothes on. They said that they can't keep up with the fitting room cleaning on the weekends even though it wasn't that busy.

I went shopping at Abercrombie kids a few weeks back and had to order a top that they didn't have to stock in my daughters size. The associate asked for my ID for my address but then never gave it back. By the time I realized i didn't have it, I was back at home. I called them to see if it was there and sure enough they had it. With me living over an hour away, I asked if they could mail it to me with the address on the ID. It's been a week now trying to figure how to get it back. For those of you who really know me, know that I don't have 3 hours out of my day to simply drive down there. I've spoke with 3 store managers who cannot simply think of any way to correct their error. One said she would call me back after she spoke with her district manager (which I assume she never actually called) and she never called me back. Seems like all of the employees there continue to drop the ball! Is there really no accountability there? I even called their customer service department who also said they couldn't help me and said i needed to call the store. So my only choice to continue to pay for Abercrombie's mistake by driving down there or sending a fed ex return label so I can get it back. I was offered I coupon for my troubles!! Really?!? Like I'd ever shop there again after this?! Great customer service! I will never return. It's too bad Abercrombie can not hire competent people or in the very least try to make good in their mistakes.

People are really nice just had a bad experience. Called for a stock check and to my luck (it seemed) they had what i was looking for. They put them on hold for me, and i drove 45 just to find out they weren't the correct ones. I verified the color and style over the phone and provided a sku but unfortunately it didn't make a difference. Waste of a trip.

I'm actually surprised at the low reviews. I love this place . They have great customer service, the women here are really sweet and adorable. Brook goes above and beyond to assist you . I found the staff very helpful and friendly . I would not call this place expensive. Maybe because it's surrounded by stores where a sundress is $300 . I'm also surprised by the price complaints . They have a huge room with clearance items . I think this store and the staff are great .

Literally just left the store irritated at how the cashier approached the situation. So I'm a frequent shopper at Abercrombie and I know that military discount applies to the purchase. I've bought on sale jeans and the discount applied. But today I was with my mom who bought a pair of jeans and she showed her military ID to which the cashier wearing an "off-white" belt agreed to apply and was looking for the code. When I heard the total it didn't seem like a discount was applied. So I looked at the receipt and it wasn't. Went back in and asked if it was applied and he looked at the receipt and said it looks like there was already a discount (it was on sale) and it "negate" it. To which he just left us standing at the register and proceeded to help with another customer. Seemed like he didn't have any interest in helping with the situation. The least he could've done was said the discount didn't apply or accept his fault and apologise for the situation. Like a discount is a discount, anyone can do the math.
