People always friendly and eager to help you find what you're looking for and for a smaller store they have a decent selection of hardware items and things for the house I found a couple things that I've been looking for I haven't been able to find anywhere else.

Horrible customer service from the guy who closed on Saturday June 10th. They closed a minute and 30seconds and he wouldn't let me return and item that is the only store I can return and I leave town tomorrow. I couldn't imagine doing that to a customer I won't ever shop there again

I like this ace hardware. They are ready to help you as soon as you walk in the door. This store has what I needed and things that Home Depot didn’t have. So I’ll be coming here more.

Thank you to the wonderful employees of Hammer and Nails who helped me figure out how to unclog my toilet after my boyfriend clogged it beyond my abilities. Knowledgeable gentlemen with sparkling personalities and the most up-to-date toilet knowledge. 5 stars.

Great to have a local hardware store where you can pickup what you need in less time than it takes to find a parking spot at a big box store. Amazing how many things they stock inside this small store, I rarely have to go elsewhere. Prices are similar to large chain stores.

I live close and I have been coming to this little hardware sore for a few years now. I won’t anymore.. I’ll just go to a big box store where it won’t be a surprise for me to be treated so rudely.
