ADT found a way to cut my bill, not my services. I think this is a great steady company that believes the customer is like family. I have been a customer for over 20 years and will still be a customer 20 years from now!

ADT contacted me and addressed the concern. That was appreciated. They recognized that my mother had been a customer for 27 years. It is unfortunate that the issue was an issue at all, but they did the right thing, and I appreciate that.
