Wait was long and they didn't send my test to the lab. They said the lab must've lost it. They are unreliable

My experience was absolutely amazing. Wonderful staff, caring, and very helpful. I called up a was able to get a same day appointment that worked around my schedule. I arrived on my lunch break and was in and out with enough time to get back and even enjoy a bit of my lunch.Thanks Ashley,You guys are the best!!!

Ashley worked for us at Arcpointlabs Of North San Diego about eight months at which time she manipulated the staff we kind of knew she had taken money from us really didn’t wanna go down that route with her. The police ended up coming and escorting her out of the building and to make matters worse, she sued us And we had to pay her $10,000. I am now retired from Arcpoint labs but just wanted people to know our company had a 4.8 Google rating with over 600 reviews. looking at all the reviews it doesn’t surprise me at all.

Unprofessional, unethical staff. I arrived on time, and the office was closed. I called their phone, and she made me wait for 90 + minutes, and by the time she showed up, she refused to provide service, because I give them a negative rating about being late for 90 plus minutes without notifying me ahead of time. I am glad they refused to provide service, because I went to a much better place that actually looks like an office --not a shady place behind the alley with rude staff.

You call the previouse week, schedule an appointment, drive for 40 minutes, you show up, but their office is closed at 4715 30th street San Diego. You call again, and they say they can't do anything, you have to reschedule. They don't have the audacity to even send you a simple message to tell you that the appointment is canceled. But if you are late for few minutes they will charge $50 extra.

Lies after lies as if they are scripted thought I was getting great service until I realized I was being stringed along. Absolute worst experience trust me I want to say something good but I can’t. When a company refers you to a lab do your homework first don’t just go with their process places like this can ruin your life. Only good thing is eventually it will catch up to them. Ashley honestly started believing her own lies just crazy.
