First, of all everything was fine for the first 18 months. Then they decided to change my policy due date (without my permission) which was due on the 25th of every month. I called and their reps stated they couldn't change the due date which now is on the 10th of the month. I am a disabled Marine Veteran and I live on a minimal income where everything has to be planned out in advance. Also the monthly rate weent up by $60 per month. I have no traffic tickets and no reason why the increase on the monthly rates.Specially on a bad economy it will force people to drive without insurance.This is a bad company that cannot accommodate their customers needs by changing the insurance payments without contacting the customers first.I also reported them to Insurance Commission.

Ghassan Qusatanteen gave me an INCREDIBLE deal on my insurance despite my driving record. I still can’t believe that he’s been able to find me such a rate, honestly . All star is the best got me insured was with geico for 25 years rates where to high found Allstar they got me a lower rate 5 stars all the way will be referring to all my friends and family.

I've never met an insurance company that actually really goes out of their way to help you. Philip who did my first policy, helped me so immensely when I had a problem with my payment. He immediately got my insurance written and was diligent in ensuring that my insurance was immediately active He even took off some of the fees. I'm a criminal defense attorney and and savvy enough to say, it's hard pressed to find kind people especially in the insurance and retail industry. Philip is somebody you can trust and he's top-notch.
