I’ve been to this AmPm several times to buy ice and they never have any in stock. They are very lazy and never want to stock it. I asked the girl if she can make a 20lbs bag and she answered very rude “No” I will never go to this ampm ever again

I come here all the time, never had any issues with the other staff here. Today I stopped by to get an energy drink and a snack and put gas like normal. Gave the OLD short blonde lady $50, I was gonna put the rest in gas but decided not to and asked her to put $30 for gas instead.She got mad and started being rude and cussed and slammed her drawer shut because I didn’t make it easy on her and she had to give me change. I said great customer service she replied yep! She shouldn’t be working the front is she always has issues with customers. I see many other reviews about her and I’m surprised she is still working here after all the complaints about her. Very sad people come to spend money here and this is how they get treated. Will never come to this ampm again.

So I came to this store on my lunch break wanting to get a bite to eat, but I found the store closed. There is a sign in the window saying they will return at 3:15 am. So apparently this person took off or fell asleep somewhere because it's now 4am and the store is still closed. What happened to AM PM being open 24 hours?? Very upsetting I wanted to get something for lunch and have no idea when this person will reopen the store.

We stop here all the time and normally the staff is friendly and the store is clean. Older lady there is so rude though. Not sure what her deal is but both my husband and I have noticed it. Sad that she has ruined our go-to location. Owners really should reconsider her employment.

One of the best customer service ever a beautiful young lady working clerk 7-10 - 24 around 7:00pm or so offering to pay for my food! And I'm very grateful and thankful for her kindness of her heart and when you treat others like that you make my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ proud and the heavenly Angels rejoice ? GOD BLESS YOU! Thank you!

Today June 30, 2024 around 1:30 pm I walked into the store for a purchase and as I was paying I requested cashback from a debot card transaction and the older lady working there started giving me attitude saying that it would have been nice if I asked if she had any money before selecting the cashback option, she was very rude and other customers were saying she always treats customers that way, I asked that lady for her name but she refused to provide it, AM PM gas stations should not have cashiers like that treating customers with a rude manner, if she doesn't like her job she should elsewhere. Management please do something about this.

Jaime and the older employees are always so rude, idk if they get treaded bad by employer or idk what the issue is but they always give me a hard time when i want to go buy snacks there , they are always rude and always give me a hard time when i pay with my digital wallet. Idk if they just hate working overall but it sucks having to deal with them at the counter, the younger employees are much nicer , the older employees need training on how to deal with a younger generation. My last visit I wasn’t allow to buy my energy drinks nd all my snacks because Jaime claimed they didn’t accept digital cards eventhough I pay with that method every time. Im not one to write bad reviews but Im tired of getting treated so poorly by these older employees.

Yesterday afternoon, I went to this gas station to buy an energy drink. I noticed a large yellow placard on the door of the bathroom seemingly covering the fact that it was a bathroom, which made me hesitant to open it. For this reason, I simply asked if it was still a bathroom and if I could use it. I’ll admit that I’m a bit on the spectrum, and it probably sounded like a silly question. The woman at the register made it a point to humiliate me and make me look stupid in front of the line of customers. It made me sorry for even asking. I’m glad everyone could get some entertainment out of my goofiness, but it hurt my feelings a bit tbh. I was just trying to follow the rules and be polite. She was probably just having a bad day, but please try to be nicer to the people who are keeping this place in business. Thank you.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and now I question how clean their fountain drink machine is. Every time I have tried to purchase a drink, there have been ants crawling on and behind the signage. In addition, when I fill my drink up the first thing I see floating at the top of are 4-5 ants. Literally every time I have been here so I never end up buying it. Today I told the Blonde older woman working that their machine has ants in it and she had no response. Just gave me a look like what do you expect me to do about it

Went to this location a few minutes ago. Got 2 mega Millions plays & the woman at the counter said "you do this to me every time" because I paid with a $20 bill. I Tried to be friendly & said "not every time, & your store will get money if I win". She snapped back with "I won't get anything" I told her she wasn't very polite. You lost a customer. She should work someplace else where customer service isn't important!

I came in to use the restroom and the clerk was rude. Said it was closed. And I asked. "Where do you use the restroom?" He said don't worry about that. Okay then. I'll be contacting the people in charge.
