I just went here as I do almost every day. I don't have my card and I have cash. There are 2 registers. I had my fountain soda in hand which I had already taken a drink out of. The girl told me I would have to wait 20 minutes if I used cash. I asked why they're counting both drawers at the same time if they have a bunch of customers..the girl would not help me and said cash wasn't available. I again explained that I come here every single day as I literally live around the corner and I wasn't going to scam them for 86 cents.
She repeated herself again so I just left. Learn the first rule of customer service. ..the customer comes before you counting your drawer....furthermore learn to keep 1 drawer open while the other drawer is being counted...this is basic business and should not have to be explained. I recommend training these 2 women who were at the registers on how to properly help a customer first and foremost....it's crazy that this has to be written and told rather then they just know. If they do this again then termination will be the best course of action. Also, I'll just go to the 7 11 across the street from now on.

Good customer service ladys here are always nice. Just watch out for that young girl Valerie! Bad customer service bad talking skills weird body language everything bad!!! She extremely rude with all the customers. Not good for business.

They charge for ice!!!
No matter if you bring your own cup.
This is the only AMPM store that does this. So many negative reviews and it does not get ANY better. It's seems that the owner pretends to care, but does nothing to make changes. They are not getting any more of my business.

Tried to get gas $40 with a 100 bill the person I. Charge told me I don’t have change , by law they need to have a note to let us know they don’t accept large bills very disappointing

The ladies in thr morning shift lost their temper at me and cursed me out just because I asked 4 my used coffee cup back. They refused 2 give me my coffee cup just because they had a customer but I was before that customer.... so essentially they let a customer cut me then they cursed at me for wanting my coffee from behind the counter.... yes my coffee, they never handed it 2 me.

I came to this property to spend $100 in gas. The website says that they have bathrooms food drinks. I asked the employees if I can use the bathroom they told me that they don't have bathrooms for customers here for that reason I will never come back to this gas station.

The girl working here on 3/3/23 at 5pm is a terrible employee. She does not understand customer service and basically lied to me. Iasked for lotto slips to write on. Instead she runs off 2 lotto tickets on the machine when I asked her for slips. Then she says I have to pay 4 dollars. Even though I did not ask for them.Then I got the slips myself. I gave them to her and threnn she lied an said the machine was not working. Then I saw someone go in and get lotto tickets while in my car. One of the worst ampm's will never go here again. And this girl needs a class in customer service. A truly horrible place and employee.

I keep editing this because I keep remembering things. If I could I would give no stars! I got a call from my Mom before I got off work asking me to buy Lottery tickets on my way home. I chose am pm because I usually get gas there. I usually pay at the pump and this is important to this story. I don't usually go inside. I asked the girl for 7 powerball and 1 fantasy 5 that =$15. I also had a bag of Cheetos that were $2.29. That's 17.29 plus whatever tax on the chips. First off she kept asking me how many tickets and it became apparent she didn't speak English well. I Kept saying 7 and she kept repeating back other numbers. Finally she handed me the ticket and charged me $19.29+tax. I said no that's not correct. And I added it for her. 7 tickets at $2 =$14 and then 1 ticket at $1 so that's $15 plus the 2.29 for chips. She didn't understand. So I tried to explain again. I guess I'm not allowed to question my bill!!! At this point the older man jumped in screaming at me without knowing what was going on and kept saying it was right and trying to cut me off and wouldn't listen. It was starting to get busy and he was trying to get me out of there. But not handling things well! He then pointed at the price on the powerball ticket that was $16 instead of $14 and I was trying to tell him that that was the problem. That I only asked for 7 tickets and she gave me 8. That's why it didn't add up. Normally I would have said " no worries" and took the extra ticket. But he started screaming at me and took the tickets and chips that I had already paid for and said get the hell out of here without giving me any money for my purchases that were paid for. That's stealing!!!!!!!!! I said excuse me !! I just showed him the problem as to why it didn't add up. I wasn't trying to cause trouble I just knew the amount was wrong and was trying to figure out why? Then he turned to the people waiting and told them (bold face lie) that I always come in there and cause trouble! He did this because he's inept and doesn't know how to handle situations so he opted to humiliate me in front of people to get me to leave. Is this how customers are treated? I think not! I said how dare you ,I never come in here! Remember what I said in the beginning of this rant! He then said if I give you" your" $2 will you leave! I said yes I will, that's all I wanted! He opened his wallet and "threw" $2 at me and told me to get the hell out of there. He was shaking so bad he couldn't even hold on to the money and swearing and sweating!!!!! If you are the owner, this is a terrible man that should not be working with people!!! If he's the owner then I warn you all to stay away! He's mean and a bully andhas no patience at all! He only had one register open and was stressing because people came in and were standing behind me. He didn't even bother to have the other person wait on them at another register. She just stood back to the side staring. I told other people what happened and they told me to report him. Because, they know me and I am in no means a person who causes trouble. And they saw how shook up I was after the abuse!!!!!! I am a retired business owner and I work with the public now part time ! If I ever treated anyone the way he treated me I would be fired on the spot no questions!!!!!!!!!! This happened at 6:15 pm, on Sat Oct 15. I left there feeling very abused!!!!! I'm a strong person and I didn't let him treat me like that without going back at him!!! He put his head down because he knew he lied!!!!!!!!!! This man is a despicable human in my opinion and should not be allowed to work with the public if he can't control himself!!!!!!! All this because I dared question my total!!!!!

Lower prices compared to the area, which is nice. (Before gas went above $4.75) They also recently started accepting credit cards-- which is great for me! Anytime I go into the AmPm, the attendants are always very friendly.

I come to this store almost every single day. When the guys are working the experience is fine. But when the women are working this location the experience is less than pleasant. They all have terrible attitudes and seems like they could care less about working. The attitudes this place from the women is out of control and I'm not here for it. I honestly don't go to this place if the women are working because I don't care to deal with the hostility that comes from them. If you hate your job/life than just say so and leave. Stop making everyone else miserable because you're on your period that day
