Just went in to get a beverage and I saw a Horchata machine and filled up. This large short woman hovered behind me and proceeded to scold me saying next time wait till it freezes or something before I pour it. I am not a regular at this fine sticky floored, sock smelling, establishment so I didn’t know what she was talking about. I took a sip and it was a gross tasting horchata. I asked the other lady if it was supposed to be slush and with caffeine as I didn’t know. The rude short large woman hobbled by and then put a sign on the machines and told me that I have to pay for the drink. Then she hobbled to the back of the store mumbling about needing to pay for it since I poured it or whatever. I threw it away and got a hot chocolate instead. The other cashier was nice though and apologized for her co-worker’s behavior. Anyway it’s an ampm whatever.

It's been a while since I've gone here. And this review is 2 years "irrelevant," for my own experience, but beware as my in-laws use this station occasionally. Every time they do, their card gets scammed.

I was lied to and treated poorly by Mary, staff member at this store. TL;DR is she refuses to honor an advertised price and gave me attitude while lying to my face.Today, Mary has embodied everything we despise about retail workers.I buy E85 fuel here frequently. I came inside today to buy gum, and grabbed a package of ice breakers next to the register. The label says $5.99. It is not a handwritten label, but rather the printed one from Arco.When Mary rings up the gum, it scans as $6.99, contrary to the listed price. She lies to my face and says she cannot honor the listed price. As you might expect, she did not tell me this in a pleasant and customer-centric way, but rather full of attitude and spite, with much eyerolling and... we'll just call it "feminine attitude."Thank you, Mary. Really ended my workday on a great note even after I was polite, smiled at you, and tried to be friendly despite your insistent claims of "I can see the price from here, it's $6.99." Keep up the good work, I'm sure your employer is proud of you!

Employee left store at 130 and as I ran up after getting off work. She said I am leaving. For 30 min. 6 other people were waiting outside. I won’t waste my time ever coming here again if this is how there customer service is. Wow!! The employee was rude and said oh well I am out of here. Glad I don’t have some one running my business like this. Bad customer service total of 12 people came to door between 145 and 2 am

Really terrible customer service. The stout mustachioed fellow at the register was unduly curt and abrasive in my opinion. Even the manager, when I see hwr, perpetually has a look on her face like you just kicked her dog. Whatever you do, don't question their genius business strategy of cleaning the coffee machine at 9am in the morning so nobody can use it. After all, why would they want to make coffee available in the morning? /sarcasm.

Little boy Jason using private enterprise to maliciously be hateful towards people he cant compete with.Jason is racist,and angry. He pretends to be tough ,he attempt to assult people because he knows he can use private property to skirt the law I have contacted.corperate three ways including i.g. I will subpoena video and bring the business to court if he is not fired.

The chick that works here honestly just isn't so great, not sure what her problem is but definitely 10/10 don't recommend. Just asked her a simple question and she decided to answer very rudely and sarcastically. The other employee was extremely nice though which was the only upside. I see that these other reviews agree with me. Be nicer and better next time, "honey"

I bought a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I got to my car and noticed it didn't have cheese. I asked an employee I saw outside about it, I believe she is the manager or assistant manager. She bluntly stated "we've been out of cheese, you don't have to eat it." Then went about her business, sweeping. She didn't even have the courtesy to look at me when she gave here BS answer about the cheese. Boo to management for allowing this behavior. The you gentleman who rang up Initially was very nice, and pleasant to deal with. Full disclosure: I worked at this and another ampm under the same management a bunch of years ago. They weren't great then, either.

No coffee creamer at all. Yolanda isn't so friendly. Said good morning with a smile and she just stared at me. And gas is $5.69.
