This company states it’s #1 value is safety. In our neighborhood they caused a car accident by valuing expediency over safety. The dumped a load of drywall in the street on a red curb without traffic control or a permit. They just left it there on a very congested residential street. They took no responsibility for the damage and were in fact quite rude about it.

Horrible place to unload. 2 1/2 hours to get 15 min sheetrock unloaded, forklift drivers just wasting time and driving around like your invisible. Truckers avoid this place.

It's interesting that the majority of the low ratings mention the long wait times... It takes too long to be assisted over the phone (that is if someone answers, then you get placed on hold). Hire more people if your are understaffed, simple.
