Customer service sucks. I went in to buy lottery and check my scratcher. The worker there told me" instead of wasting my time and your time, you can just check yourself with the machine on the side and in the end you still didn't win anything." Well, guess what? If I can do that, I wouldn't have to ask him! He humiliated me in front of so many people! He needs to learn how to do Customer service!

This place is amazing, customer service is great, their car wash is also amazing, not sure if I'm ok with the music being so loud, you can have a conversation with anyone because of the music, specially if you sit outside, I dont care its Spanish music, but it's just way to loud, other than that I love the gast station inside it's very clean, employees are very friendly, they have chairs inside in case it's to hot outside, but they have alot of sitting outside, with umbrellas for the shade, they have bathrooms, the store part is not open 24 hours, even though it says on line 24 hours, the pumps are 24 hours but after hours you have to pay with card, other than that this place is my favorite, specially for coffe in the mornings

No public restrooms for it’s customers. Seems to be the norm LA to San Diego. San Fran too. No wonder so many deficate in public.

There is something TRULY SINISTER about a CORPORATE service station that sells HOT FOOD (including breakfast sandwiches), that: 1.) does NOT have any breakfast sandwiches in the AM hours (at 63rd St and El Cajon Blvd.), or 2.) does NOT even ID itself as an ARCO station (as the 54th and University Ave. station does not-see that station's review for a more detailed experience! WHY does ARCO even bother anymore? Over-priced gas, non-existent breakfast sandwiches-what is THE POINT?

The poor lady working there just about kills herself keeping up but always provides service with a smile. Homeless have all moved over to the Right Aid now permanently closed due to shoplifting. That mess is gone from Arco now.

I came here trying to buy Advil for my period because it was the closest open convenience store and when I got there this guy told me we're closed we open an in hour (aka 2:14 and I got there 1:14), I was in so much pain I told him that it says 24 hours open and he said "sorry were closed my shift starts at 2:14" like if you advertise 24 hours than make it 24 hours this is ridiculous I'm very displeased by this service, if I could I'd make it zero stars I would and this isn't the first time this has happened to me
