Just swung by the ARCO on 5th and Main and wow their coffee surprisingly hit the spot while filling up my tank plus the staff was super chill and friendly even at 7 AM.

there are a lot of college kids that live in this area. I’m not one of them, but I have recently been very sympathetic to how many people have to walk everywhere, as I recently got into a car accident and have been having to do the same.. three nights in a row I came at different times and this Arco closes when it darn well pleases and stays close for 45 minutes to an hour as of recently, August 7, turning 8th. The quality of this store has completely tanked and it’s crazy how it is closed every day for like an hour for ‘cleaning’ when it has never smelled worse. they need to Seriously, seriously, reevaluate, and check the cameras on whoever they recently hired because they’re horrible, inconsiderate, and will look at you wait outside for 40 minutes with no kind of update until you leave. It’s clear they don’t want to deal with customers so they don’t let them in whenever their manager or whoever it is leaves. Thank you for making an already incredibly difficult week absolutely unbearable.
and I’m just walking back to my apartment to put on pajama pants and then I will walk back to see if it is the same incompetent person that was working yesterday. shame on you, we all hate our jobs, but you are paid to be there!

The car wash blow dryers don't work, and you leave with the car being wet. Please fix the car wash. I went inside and told them and went through again. The blow dryer is broken.

I wish I can give them a better review. Because all the ladies that work there are fantastic Every time I get gas I usually buy a hot dog as well.Over the past 5 months It's been every other day, and it's usually the same price. And i have never been charged for chili. But this last time I went, the gentleman decided to go ahead and charge me for it. Which normally isn't a problem But its the fact that I have been going there on numerous occasions and purchasing the same item and have never been charged. And it's not even labeled as an extra charge. This Is why they get the one star. Consistency is key.
