I love this gas station so much, always cheaper than the surrounding stations and they have updated their payment systems at the pumps recently. The workers have always been very helpful and kind and the store stocks good stuff. There is also a make your own shake out of ice cream machine inside that is pretty cool. They also have some food hot and ready.

Clean bathroom, friendly service. We had an emergency potty stop for my 6 year old. The cashier did not hesitate to unlock the restroom for us. We didn't even have to explain our situation. We bought a cold Smart Water and a Body Armour as a thank even though we didn't need anything.

Awful just awful. I went in late because this location is impossible to navigate because of the lot size. I used my rewards and started to pump gas but the pump stopped not even 4 gallons in and wouldn’t continue. I went inside (the store is open btw at 11pm) and what do I find, no attendant and a sign saying register closed. After calling for someone for a while the man who I have seen working late here before, finally comes out of the back and smells of weed. I tell him the pump just stopped and won’t dispense any gas and tells me that it’s been broken all day. First off if it’s broken then mark it as a bad pump so people don’t use it ( pure ignorance). He tells me to use another pump and I shared my concern that my rewards are now wasted because of the pump and quite frankly the employee’s ignorance to close the pump. He walks into the back probably to go back to smoking. I went to try a different pump and nothing doesn’t even want to work just reads pump error. I’m done with ARCO and the same ignorant employees. I’m filing a report on the store for use of marijuana and emailing corporate. This is ridiculous.

Awful service and staff. I told them multiple times their Carwash doesn't clean at all and they told me today, I should Stop going there with a smile on their face. I'll complain to Arco corporate shortly. I have a Video and Picture to show them before/after the "Carwash"

Excellent Customer Service as always !!!! One HUGE favor that I mentioned probably times. PLEASE, PLEASE identify one way into the pumps from Rancho Bernardo Street and one way out - mark it with arrows and signs. It is CRAZY busy and the pump area is too small for cars going in and out all different directions. It is definitely a deterrent in stopping at the AM PM. Thank you

No bathroom. How's a person on a road trip supposed to get by? Ought to be a law for paying customers at a gas station to have access to a bathroom.
