I am a Field Service Tech here at AJ. This job is low pay, but it's a straightforward job that pays you to learn Dell and Lenovo training material, and you get good experience working in the field for the school district. There's quite a lot of work to keep up with, and due to the pay they're always looking for new techs. If you have previous experience with fixing computers, phones, and other tech for customers, this is a solid job that will require little training (other than dell and Lenovo specific training). Most people who move on to another job from here start working directly for the school district, and while this isn't a long term job, it's a great stepping stone for those who are comfortable repairing computers, and who are trying to build up a resume for a career in this field.

Working with Kevin and Shawn was god awful, two of the biggest soyboy beta cucks in technology history. Unprofessional and terrible leaders.

I love what the company is doing as far as educational solutions but working for them was by far the worst job I've ever had. Poor communication between management and all the secretive conversation that ultimately destroys teamwork which is needed. I was told multiple things and not one was true, management would call and 3 way in the supervisor then both lie to you basically telling you what you want to hear so that they can keep you quiet, once I began asking questions and pressing issues that I was told were forgotten they fired me. The supervisor is a guy named Kevin who's very unprofessional and acts like a big baby meaning it's his way or no way, then there's Shawn who's under him and has no problem lying to your face, them together are very bad for business.

This is the worst company to have the discomfort to deal with. I called about a shipment that the employee said was to be delivered today and when I called UPS no such shipment has even been sent out. So when I called back the sorry employee told me and I quote " to shut up and chill out" then he hung up the phone on me.
