Not sure if I keep running into Cierra P on bad days based on the other reviews, but she was terrible when she assisted me. I went into this AT&T store to get two prepaid sim cards. She acted like she knew what she was doing and I relied on her as an AT&T employee. One of the sim cards she replaced on one of my prepaid plans completely did not work/did not provide internet the next day, even after she “tested” herself and confirmed to me it was indeed working. I even went into another AT&T store the day after and had another AT&T employee confirm it was a bad sim to double check. Along with all of this, she had a rude attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there/she wanted to wrap things up quickly. I would recommend not going to this AT&T store solely for a chance on having Cierra P assist you.

Entire experience with the worst ever starting with the return of the trade on phone. Next morning my account was blocked. An hour on the phone with customer service yielded nothing. “Go to the store.” An hour at the store…phone blocked because “phone reported lost or stolen.” Another hour with tech support supposedly unblocked the account and “fixed the problem.”
Next morning, account blocked.
Another hour on the phone with customer service, then tech support and finally advanced tech support concluded a “ticket “ needs to be created for an investigation which will take 1-2 business days.
My question to advanced tech support:”why should I continue to do business with AT&Tif they can’t fix an issue they created by coding a phone as lost when it isn’t?’
No answer other than “we understand!”
Disappointed and disgusted!!!

I recently visited the AT&T store at the Del Mar location and had a great experience. Yesenia was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with all the questions I had. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service—thank you, Yesenia!

I worked with Justin at the Del Mar ATT location. He helped switch my elderly mother to my account from her old account. He made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. He was respectful, able, and knowledgeable. We even ended up trading my mom's old iphone 12 for a new one. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Justin!

Updated both my a my husband’s phone. They did not have one of the phones we wanted in stock and sent us to Apple. Apple was super confused and I needed to call into ATT Del Mar for support. I was met with frustration and little help from Justin. I eventually called back and asked to speak to Cierra who was not only friendly, kind and respectful but extremely knowledgeable. She was able to help me successfully get everything transferred over, and I really appreciated her help. If you need to go to the ATT store, make sure to request her.
