Very bad service. My phone was stolen and I haven’t been able to retrieve my line. They said is fraud prevention and I have to wait at least 48 hours, which is dumb because I went to an AT&T store with my official id, and I’m still not able to use my line.

10:15 am on a Saturday. I walked in to purchase a screen protector. Two employees present - each with a customer. I waited 5 min, ignored, and then asked one employee if there was anyone to check me out so I could be on my way. I waited 5 more min for them to even check me in. 15 min after that I finally just left.25 min wait and no help for a simple retail purchase.I will be purchasing my next phone directly from Apple, not thru AT&T.

Alex, the store manager, and Nicholas, my sales consultant, were both exceptionally helpful in addressing very difficult problems associated with my estranged husband, who cut off my data plan which I need for patient monitoring. Unfortunately, federal and CA law provide virtually no protections to non-account holder spouses, who are unable even to access their own phone accounts. As a medical provider, however, I was able to sign up with First Net, a program I knew nothing about. Now my abusive, soon to be ex, can’t control my data, and my patients can get the emergency care they need. Thank you Alex and Nicholas! I hope AT&T gives them both raises!

Justin was an absolute joy and professional this morning and I just wanted to say that he's an all star for his patience in getting my family phone plan in order, and transferring over from another carrier. With all the kids and ipads and phones and wearables it can get really confusing. So major kudos to you Justin!

Had 5:30 appointment. Waited until 6. They told me priority goes to all the people that walk in first. Poor attitudes, not friendly, I think Adam was his name.

This was legitimately the worst experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store, or any business for that matter. The store associate named Justin was beyond unprofessional. He didn’t even listen to why we went into the store (with an appointment), and he told us to call in instead. He was very aggressive and rude to us. We spoke to the manager, Diego, who was very reasonable and able to assist us quite efficiently. Unfortunately, their in-store cameras don’t pick up audio, so he wasn’t able to hear the horrifying interaction we had with Justin. If you walk in and are approached by Justin, just walk away.

I just switched four phones to ATT at the Del Mar store. The Manager Diego, and staff members Chance and Justin were so patient and knowledgeable and I had excellent, service. I am a senior and had not updated my software and so my matter was more complicated. I also needed help transferring thousands of photos. I spent time on two different days as they spent patiently continued helping me. I had occasion to watch how personal and professionally they treated each person needing service. Some just needed a simple purchase, some like myself needed more time.. but all received excellent service. I would highly recommend this ATT store.

Horrendous customer service by a long haired, dirty blond male! Condescending, combative, and will talk over you. Will not let you answer his questions. It was the worst experience I ever had with a company. I hope corporate views this review and watch the video of his atrocious behavior. It happened on July 26 in the afternoon. BEWARE of this guy!*Update. At&t always sends you a questionnaire of the customer service. I did not receive one from this representative. A good way to fly under the radar from corporate. SUPER SHADY!
