Was unable to get the help I wanted. While he was helping me, he stopped to go help others. I had to wait my turn so should everyone else plus I was asked my account number he put it in wrong then instead of confirming what I had said he asked me for ID then sent me away with away with a wrong phone number for AT&T will not be going there again I'd rather deal with customer service on the phone. By the way that sucks too ?

I visited this downtown San Diego store. AT&T management was excellent help with Jose and the manager Luis was exquisite whatever training program you have it in place in San Diego so you should use it nationally. I’ve been with this company for 60 years before it was AT&T and these are the best employees I’ve ever encountered. Thank you. I do hope they get promoted soon. Thank you very much

I have no negative information for you. The meeting with your employee was very constructive. Your employee was polite and courteous. Despite the fact that I don’t speak English (I’m from Russia), we understood each other perfectly. Wonderful office and a very friendly consultant!
