Had a great experience! Went in with some billing issues with my iPhone trade-in and Julio and Ozzy were extremely helpful. Both of them put a lot of effort into fixing the issue and did a great job. 10/10.

Came in for a phone upgrade and the two sales associates left to their own accord in the store had no idea what they were doing. Spent two hours waiting around they called and facetimed people for help on how to simply upgrade a phone- which is such a standard procedure. Left without a phone upgrade and basically just paid off my current cell. Don’t go for a month or two if you can to give them more experience.

Today I experienced the best customer service at AT&T Leah and Julio were taking care of complications that I’ve dealing with for months and seem to be the only people that were to help in person and not over the phone. Leah professionalism gave me the best advice due to the complications and Julio was working so persistence on technical issues. They worked together quick and left with no more issues.

Hey everyone, I had a few issues to discuss with AT&T, as everyone knows calling in the customer service line adds 10 grays hair per minute and everytime I call it takes minimum a hour.
Leah in here took me in like a superhero of the decade. She took on the initiative to call customer service and resolve cancelling a line, adding another phone, and providing the best customer service I had ever at AT&T, I will forsure be visiting back for her. Thank you Leah!

The AT&T call center messed up my wireless account opening, leaving me stranded without cell service when I was visiting SD. I stopped by the store, and Ooozy quickly helped me redo it, solving the problem!

Raul and his team at AT&T are truly amazing. I stopped by his store yesterday as a last hope attempt to resolve ongoing issues with my account. I was frustrated and ready to cancel my service of nearly 20 years with AT&T. When I walked in the door Raul was hosting a production meeting with his team. Raul immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and handshake. Based on the way he carried himself, I knew he was the person in charge of that location. Raul walked me over to his desk and asked how could he help. He listened with empathy. I can tell he genuinely wanted to help me. After about a 30 min conversation, I decided to upgrade my current cellular plan for the next 36 months and upgrade my device to the new IPhone 15 Pro. I sincerely hope someone from the AT&T leadership team reads this and acknowledges Raul for his outstanding customer service and problem solving skills ability. Had it not been for Raul, I would have canceled my service with AT&T and went to one of the competitors. Sensational work Raul!

This place is only good if you’re there to waste your time for a 30 minutes just for asking a simple question. ?♀️ Call 611 if possible because when you go in person it’s very hit or miss on whether you’re going to get fast service. You’ve been warned. They take FOREVER and I’m unapologetic about this review BTW. They were unforgiving when they stressed me out over a simple request on my account. I asked them to just update my account with a discount code and they kept on saying they could do it but that they needed to search it by asking me to provide details I didn’t have to provide which was very weird. When I called 611 they didn’t ask all of that so I highly recommend if you have a discount code just call 611 to have it applied. Like fr never coming back to do that.
