I went this afternoon to this location to pay my bill and even though I had to wait a little bit the two young man working their had a great attitude with a smile. I love that its the best customer service a customer can recieve. I have been to places where you don't even get greeted when you walk in I don't return. So I wish I knew the names of the guys working there today so they can be acknowledged for making my day a better day.

The other week, I came into the store for the $5.99/mo upgrade deal. I was interested in the iPhone 15 Max, but after speaking with Raven, the iPhone 14 Pro was recommended as it was the same price, but a better phone in her opinion. I went to pay my bill this week and noticed it was $10.99/mo for my phone and an additional $17 for insurance that was not discussed. Turns out the $5.99/mo was only for the 128gb, but I was sold the 256gb. I understand now that the price was different; however, during the in-store process, everything was added to the account on her tablet and sent out to my address. Not once was it verbally discussed that it was $10.99/mo + insurance. Her recommendations were helpful, but I feel very mislead on how this was described in person.Before leaving this review, I called in and explained the situation to her, in which she was very short in saying that that’s the price and that’s what I agreed to. Ultimately this is a “my word vs her word” situation, but I am leaving this review to help future buyers make sure to read over the thoroughly contracts in person to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I don’t believe it was something she tried to hide, but the communication was poor and the checkout process felt very rushed. Not to mention she answered a personal call while we were working together on the checkout process.
