I was stuck without my Id and a broken phone, while on vacation. Not only were they able to help authorize my traveling companion but they also supported be through addition an additional line to save money. Bravo!!! Thank you Georgina!

Angel is the best! I have visited the store three times within the past few weeks with some questions and Angel was there to help me all 3 times! And every time he was quick and helpful with solving the issue or question that I had. Great experience!!

Fastest service I've ever received at a phone store. My current phone had issues charging & they helped me get a new phone. They helped transfer all my files & get my phone set up. Even got a recommendation on a local restaurant to try, Awesome service!

Reuben killed it, in and out with a phone upgrade in under 15 minutes (5 of them being my choosing of a color to commit to.) Go to this location! They’re so nice and helpful.

Follow up to my original post regarding at&t customer service. The billing issue I spent two hours trying to resolve has not been addressed as of today so I cannot recommend them to anyone looking to get a phone. Look around for a different option because customer service is not going to be very good imo. They have yet to set my billing date to the date they said they had after 2 months meaning I have to pay my bill manually to avoid issues. Oh well...

Worked with Chris who changed my data plan when i added a line without telling me. Put me on slower data to make a sale! Unethical and would not work with him again!
Any changes to anyones service NEEDS to be communicated! That is what brings back customers!

I attended this AT&T location with some challenges and this AT&T location solved all my problems. Reuben and Dom were amazing at their service. Very recommended.

Would recommend this location if you’re in need of AT&T services. I recently worked with Angel he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all services. No pressure service just a friendly atmosphere.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, Yolanda is AMAZING. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did she quickly upgrade my phone she did so while holding and comforting my 8 month old baby the whole time.
