On Saturday, June 28 at 2pm the store was closed without any signage on the door. Phones were also off with no ability to contact anyone from AT&T team. In the future please disclose closures or maintain alignment with posted hours.

Hands down the best AT&T store experience ever. I have to give credit where credit is due. Jimmy the sales associate as a first class person.
Beth, the manager is very knowledgeable and caring. Hands-down, I would let twice of coming into the store whoever helps youβre being in good hands, but I highly recommend asking for Jimmy.

The most unprofessional and downright rude service Iβve experienced in years. Instead of a basic greeting, I was met with attitude, a raised voice, and hostile glares. An employee outright refused to assist me or answer simple, reasonable questions with even a shred of professionalism.
This experience alone is enough for me to cancel my AT&T phone and internet plan. I refuse to give my money to a company that allows this kind of treatment toward customers.

Mauricio was the first person . I dealt with when I walked in the store for the first time. He was very professional helpful explained everything in detail nice personality. After talking to him I decided to upgrade my phone I live right in the area and for his expertise I will be back as a regular customer , and I will recommend him . I would give him 6 stars if they had it. π π π π π π

Oscar was super patient and helpful getting us set up with our new phones! Came over here from the Apple Store and just such a completely different experience!! Will come to this location and ask for Oscar from now on.

Owen was awesome!!! I came in to upgrade my phone and he was so knowledgeable about all of the specials they were running on the different phones. He spent a lot of time getting me all set up with my new phone and could answer all of the many questions I had! Iβm so thankful for the wonderful assistance and experience.

Here's my experience with AT&T. I would say stay away from this company. They didn't care, they didn't have to.
I bought a prepaid plan. I specifically asked if it would work in Mexico. I was assured it would. It does not. After a few HOURS on the phone with customer service, they were able to sign me up for a plan that does include calling in Mexico. For almost twice the amount I paid. Furthermore, customer service is unable to refund to me the $318.99 I paid for the other service. I have to go to the store at which I purchased it for a refund. The store at which I purchased it is about five hours drive away. So that doesn't really work for me. I sincerely wish I had just gone with Verizon.

Antonio was quick and friendly as he helped me transfer my physical SIM card from my iPhone 7 to my new ESIM for the iPhone 15 pro today. Very patient and helpful. Give him a promotion and a raise AT&T.

I had an issue with my sim on a new device and Antonio did an amazing job finding and fixing the issue. They were very friendly too. Highly recommend this store for their customer service! :)
