Just came to visit the AT&T store on Aero drive. Merck was a great help. He guided me through the trade in process, made everything sound easy and overall was a great help. I love my new iPhone 16 and it’s all thanks to Merck!

I have to tell the world that Elias KNOCKED it OUTTA da park!!! He worked the discounts and numbers in such a fantastic WAY!! I was more than impressed!! We got everything we needed in a 2 line plan, and 2 new I-Phones. We could not be happier!! Thank you to Elias and AT&T!!!

If you’re going to visit any AT&T, hit up the one on Murphy Canyon Road. I could go on and on with so many great things to say about my experience, that would usually be one I wouldn’t report on to the public because I’d rather forget it completely. Kayla, was so incredibly helpful and patient, while being enthusiastic, making sure she was setting me up with a plan for my family that was actually best for my family. Kayla went so much further than above and beyond than I could have ever expected, especially after having so many day to day bad experiences dealing with representatives from all facets of the world we live in who don’t represent the company or their name proudly the way that they should. Kayla, your rockstar and thank you for your time today, I know I took up a good part of it. AT&T is very fortunate to have you as a part of their team.
And AT&T, if you’re listening, keep an eye on this one. I’m serious when I say how fortunate you are having someone like Kayla as a part of your team. There’s absolutely no doubt she can run the show somewhere, and there’s no question that she represents you with pride.
