I went to this store to move my account from t mobile to at&t. The attendent that was there told me that this store does not do pre paid plans. I insisted saying that I did in this very same store the pre paid plans for my wife and mother in law. The attendent insisted in saying that this store does not do pre paid plans... The available plans seem to depend on who is working in the store... very disapointing

Much better doing business in the store with the knowledgable and patient people who work there than over the phone. And we got a better deal than we would have over the phone for internet and phones.

The store manager Leah was extremely helpful, friendly and interested in the issues I brought to her. She seemed very experienced, very knowledgeable, and far exceeded my expectations. I've had to go to other Att stores over the years, but none came close to the care I received at the PB store. Kudos, Leah!

Armando and the team in the ATT store on Garnet Ave in Pacific Beach are awesome. Helped us get new phones at a great price, transferred all the data and got us set up with a watch. Friendly and attentive service. Go to them if you ever need any help

Leah is the best manager I have ever dealt with anywhere. Boy, I tell you what, she made getting my internet much easier that it really was. We went on quite the emotional roller coaster. And she shined.

I have been acknowledged and greeted right away by every team member every time I have walked into this ATT store. Both Armando and Ryan are super nice, knowledgeable, and efficient even as other customers start to come in through the door. I truly feel I have had a 5 star experience :D

I was told that if I bought a phone case here that I could replace it for free anytime, two years later I need one and go into an AT&T store in a different town only to be told that, that isn't a policy that AT&T has ever had. They'll lie to you to make a sale, buyer beware.

So it’s a rainy day and my phone broke. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? But then my ray of sunshine! Amanda, what an amazing manager. Not only did she accommodate me with the transfer process on my phone but she also tackled the issue with my email storage! This store has the most talented caring team if that’s what you are looking for. Thanks Amanda! Oh - and thank you Mike and Armando for supporting Amanda during the process. YOU ROCK! ??
