Mike was great. He was helpful, personable, and answered all of our questions. Came to get my phone upgraded and he handled everything for me. It was the best experience ever! Definitely recommend going to see Mike!

Time is 10.15 am but store is still close. If you dont open store at 10am pls update your store time. Our time is not garbage.

It’s AT&T. They have good phones and good deals.That said this particular store is an Authorized Reseller. I recommend doing your transactions online or over the phone with official AT&T employees.Instead of letting me upgrade my line they made me get a new one and I had to switch plans because they refused to let me transfer the new number to the old line. Just a manipulative tactic to get a new line sale number to their store. They would t answer my questions directly and didn’t tell me there was an activation fee. Anyways, I just called AT&T and they fixed everything for me, and were the one to notify me that both employees I spoke with committed ethics violations and were reported. It wasn’t the end of the world but I found them both to be unprofessional and condescending. But AT&T customer service took care of everything and the transaction was great. I just didn’t enjoy the uncooperative and unprofessional behavior of the store employees. DEFINITELY call in or go to a corporate store.

Customer service was top notch! I went in with multiple questions and Amanda the store manager was eager to answer any and all of them! She even showed me additional products and showed me my options and took her time with me. Absolutely amazing.

My phone started completely glitching out and apps would crash constantly, so i decided to upgrade since it had been a few years. Nonetheless, the store manager Amanda made the entire process of getting my new phone absolutely seamless.

Leah (sp?) was friendly, easy to work with and upfront about the offering. My family and I just moved into town and needed to get internet service installed. She went out of her way to make my experience painless and smooth. I have a secondary approval on my credit and she walked me through the whole process in minimal time. When she didn't know an answer her self, she found it quickly. Highly suggest Leah and the staff over at AT&T PB. Thanks for the quick turnaround. Went from walking in the store front door to having fiber installed in my house in less than 48 hours.

One tech working the floor. I was next in line for help, and the tech said he'd be "right with me.." His original customer was taking a very long time to decide so I thought he would come and help me, but he didn't. Shortly thereafter another tech came out and started helping a customer who had come in after me. I asked the original tech what was going on and he reiterated that he would be right with me. He didn't tell the other tech to help me. I waited another five minutes, he was no closer to helping me, so I left after a total of thirty minutes of waiting with no help received.

My 2 stars is for how unfriendly a lady there with a pink hair was. She was also giving inaccurate information about my inquiry (I know because I called AT&T costumer service before going to the store). Store is otherwise looks good.I came back to edit my review. I was going through the most recent reviews and apparently there are multiple complaints about how unprofessional and un-nice employees/manager at this location.Personally I am not coming back to this location!
