Very bad experience. I traded in my iPhone at this AT&T store and they tried to take the device without giving any documentation. I had to demand a receipt.
A week later, AT&T couldn’t locate my phone. The store kept giving me the runaround—“come back when the manager is here,” “he’ll call you back,” etc. I reported it to AT&T. When I confronted the manager in person and told him I was calling AT&T right there, he suddenly admitted he still had my iPhone and handed it back.
Do not go there.

I arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing, and I’m not sure if the staff just didn’t feel like helping or what, but they didn’t solve my issue. Instead, they told me to call customer service, even though I was already there trying to handle everything in person. It felt like they just didn’t want to deal with it. Very disappointing experience . I do not recommend this location.
