Shamaya at AT&T was great! Helped immediately, knowledgeable about the products needed and even offered to install the products! (Which she did, 10 times better than I would). She is an asset to the AT&T team!

Huge s/o to Leah at the PB store today for staying way late to help fix what turned out to be a total mess caused by customer service over the phone.
Real talk… I love my grandma, but if Leah doesn’t get a huge bonus, I might pull the plug.

Just bought new iPhone and received AT&T service. The customer service was friendly professional available and a great experience. Maya and Charlie are the best.

Disappointed with the service and experience. Careful when working with these reps, they only give you time when they're trying make a sell. I just signed up with them 2 weeks ago and got double charged and the guy was trying to help me figure why and his coworker was purposely trying to pull him away just for a sell. I get it because I am in sales as well, but if you are a freshly new customer and need help challenges you don't shune them you help them. Expensive and misleading and challenging customer support. Also, dont do a trade-in them, thats a rip-off. In my opinion, if you want referrals or a bigger sell, treat all customers with value even the challenging ones. It always pays off in the end.

this store's service is horribly awful- i needed to activate my new phone had a couple more questions to ask and the service rep said we are done [ his name was cesaer] i said i have a few more questions and he just walked away and ignored me and started helping someone else - i went to a supposed supervisor latosha and wanted to put in a formal complaint and she just shined me on so basically after they get your money they walk away from you i called att and there seems to be nothing they can do to reprimand these people they represent att and they do a terrible disservice to att i came this close to ditching my family plan and changing my 6 devices over to verizon the reason i didnt was the representative annie was the nicest person and really tried to help me when i called 611 i wont go to this store again

Horrible services.. change service from another company and still dealing with issues!!! Months later. The CS rep in the store was very incompetent and gave us the run around. I had to go to the store many times to figure out what was going on!! I've been paying for cellular service on my Apple Watch that I've never received. Couldn't even log into my account. Worst service on all ends of this company. It's really a shame that all phone companies have this mentality. They don't care at all and don't believe in costumer service! Still on the phone with AT&T trying to get my watch to download the sim card.

I wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped me out but he was extremely helpful, super nice, and very competent. I left the store very happy because of his help.

If you are going a place for help, please be nice to the customer. Disrespect is most uncool. Please let tell your associates know that l'm a long time ATT customer going to drop you if you don't address this issue

Today was one of the best interactions I've had at an ATT store ever. There wasn't many people in, zero wait, and I was greeted right away and taken care of. Maya was the one who helped me. She was patient and knowledgeable and never got frustrated with me after the many questions I asked. They had every color there in the phone I wanted. I even got one of the latest phones on the market for a great deal because I participate in their upgrade program. (I think I pay $5/mo for it). I purchased 3 accessories and received 20% off and everything has a lifetime warranty-can't beat that!
