Luis VANEGAS helped me immensely when I visited the store because I had been overcharged for several months. I have not had much help or guidance whenever I visit the Mira Mesa store before, but he helped me connect with a AT&T loyalty employee. Luis wrote down everything and was very detailed during my visit.
My issue of being overcharged for several months was resolved.

I went to your location today because my iPhone wasn't charging properly. I met with Abi who was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes. He was friendly and professional; smiled the entire time while he solved my phone's issue. I highly recommend visiting this location and ask for Abi. Thank you so much, Abi!

I went to ATT at Carmel Mountain to have my iPhone fixed yesterday. Ivan helped me out .
He was so pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to resolve the problem. I’ve been coming to this place whenever I needed something or have something to be fixed, and always get excellent results. Kudos to Ivan and the whole team!

Was having problems with my iPhone 16 after the latest IOS update, and went to this ATT store hoping they could help since this store is close to home. Met with Jarrod and he reviewed my settings, made some changes w my permission, explained why and cleared up the problems right away. Now no longer getting error messages, difficulty opening apps and overall faster getting to the internet.
Thank you so much Jarrod, you saved me a trip to an Apple Store! Appreciate the great customer service I received today and any other time my husband and I have been here to purchase or get service. Thanks again!

Ivan was fabulous today!!! Ice been getting too get this working for 2 weeks. This was 2nd visit to the store, 3rd time 611, . He did a great job!
