This place was absolutely fantastic and incredibly straightforward. We were assisted by a truly helpful salesperson who was far from being your typical pushy salesman. He genuinely made us feel at ease, encouraging us to freely make choices and ask questions. Although they initially attempted to impose an unnecessary upcharge, our salesperson swiftly resolved the issue, making it vanish into thin air. And let me tell you, I absolutely adore that! If you're looking for an audi, I highly recommend coming here and specifically asking for Will!

I have looked at so many cars over the past few months. I really had my eye on the Q3 from Audi. I decided to take a trip over to San Diego Audi to test drive a couple different options. They just happen to have the perfect model color and options for me. The sales process was extremely fast and streamlined. I was able to submit an application for credit through my phone and when I came in to purchase a car the next day I was done within an hour and a half. I’m pretty sure that was the fastest I’ve ever purchased a car in my life. My sales person, Lucas was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful in the process. He knows Audi, the product very very well. I have to say the entire team was kind, the process was fast, and I received a very high-quality car! I love it! 12/10 recommend.

I had an outstanding car buying experience at Audi San Diego with the purchase of our new 2023 Audi Q4 Sportsback Etron. The staff demonstrated utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. They were direct in their communication, which I greatly appreciated, and ensured that everything was handled in a timely manner. George was very friendly and specified work to be done. It did take a bit longer than I hoped, but glad all was taken care of. The lounge is comfortable and pleasant, except the radio narration and musicwere not my style. I appreciated the offer of a loaner car, but thought it wasn't needed.

Was able to bring in the car for repair the day that I called, much appreciated. Outstanding service from Robert start to finish. Loaner car was fine. Took a little longer to repair than I anticipated but they eventually found the leak in the sunroof seal and repaired it (I hope, hasn’t rained again yet). Overall first rate service.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman but my treatment here was terrible. I was quoted drastically lower numbers from Carlos over the phone and by text. He insisted I come ASAP or the car would be gone so I went out of my way (I live in LA) and cancelled plans to come. When I got to the dealer he wasn’t even there. The person he told me to work with was busy so I worked with Chris and he gave me numbers that were $500 a month more. In order to get it down they wanted me to double the down payment. I was told the price I was initially quoted would not be feasible on this car. Total bait and switch. Overall, the pricing they gave me would have me paying for over 80% of the car in a 3 year lease. I ended up buying from another Audi dealer that was actually respectful/fair on pricing.

I turned in the car on Monday morning and didn't even get my diagnosis done until Friday twenty minutes before the service advisor clocked out on a three day weekend. The issue was just an old battery and the price quoted was completely unreasonable.I took the vehicle somewhere else and saved over four hundred dollars. I ultimately had to rent a car just to get to and from work. This will be my last Audi and I'll be finding a new mechanic while I still own the car.

Unexpected and unforgettable experience at Audi of San Diego. Planned to spend our Monday lunch break browsing and test driving a few cars. We met Mike Topping and he greeted us with a calm and pressure-free demeanor. He showed us the exact vehicles we asked for and some that weren't originally on our list. We found the car that worked for our family and Mike responded with a key phrase "would you be ready to walk out of here with this car?" And we did! This is the perfect car for our families' new chapter! Thanks Mike and Lisa for a great experience.

George is a wonderful service representative. He always listens to the issues I present and no matter how busy things are he evaluates my conerns and we work together to decide how urgent the problems are and whether it is possible to resolve them while I am in town. I really appreciate his efforts to deal with my schedule since quite often I have only a week or two to get the repairs done. Del is my service mechanic and he also is always ready to handle issues as quickly as possible. Both of these two persons are very professional and the reason I continue to have my vehicle serviced at this dealer is mainly because of my relationship with them. I live in Valley Center and there are dealers closer but since January of 2007 I have trusted these two to keep my vehicle (which I love) in excellent condition. They have never let me down.

I have come to realize every Audi dealership is not even close to the Audi San Diego location I cannot put into words! George and his team are phenomenal and have and always will be my choice of service for my families vehicle! Due to on-going construction and my first time at this dealership, signage was appropriate to direct me into the service area. I was greeted by staff and informed them of my appointment and was acknowledged and was escorted to the service desk to complete the paperwork. I inquired about a work space, and the sales area had a nice area for me to check work emails and communicate with my staff. The snacks and coffee were also available.Since the workspace was in another building, Jennifer, who was my service advisor, was in constant contact (via text) regarding the servicing of my 2022 Q3. I was also sent a video on the work that was performed on my vehicle (via text). The 10k service was completed in a little over an hour. The check out process was seamless and all services that were performed were explained to me. I look forward to having my Q3 serviced again at Audi San Diego (especially when the renovations are completed!). Thank you Jennifer!!

I brought my car in for 2 main reasons (a brake light indicator and a smog check, that they couldn't do because they're not STAR certified) and a warning light that popped on right before I arrived. The diagnosis of the problems by the service team agreed with what I said I needed, and added more items, which quickly became confusing. The back and forth with the team was delaying, and I ended up not having my car for about 1 month (June 14th until July 10th), to fix my rear light (which the dealership has "fixed" several times before) and a transmission fluid leak.I asked for a loaner when the repairs became delayed, and was told that someone would contact me about a loaner, but no one ever did, so I was without any car for 4 weeks.When I did get my car back, a day later the warning light came back on, telling me that my left rear light is out again. I am currently out of town, but will hopefully get this resolved when I come back.On the plus side, it ended up costing less than I anticipated, and they did honor a coupon for a discount on parts.

First of all the individuals, that help me “Nadi, Bill, and the young lady in finance. Is a great asset to your establishment. Those three individuals truly need to be recognized for the great job that they do day in and day out. It was such an easy process for me, in my 56 years that had to be the top, the number one car by inexpensive I’ve ever had in my life.
