Do not trust this place to do quality work on your vehicle. Took my car in for an alignment after doing some suspension work. Seems like their machine is not calibrated properly, even though the alignment showed it was within specs on their sheet, my car pulls to the right. I brought the car back the following morning to have them recheck their work and all they do is make excuses, blame the tires (which are brand new, just installed a week ago), blame that suspension components are bad and installed incorrectly. They were gonna charge me to have someone check their work, just ridiculous. They will do everything in their power not to correct their lazy work. The main part is that they didn’t even test drive my vehicle after doing the alignment to check if it was done correctly. The just use a machine and don’t actually make sure the vehicle drives correctly. If you care about your car, take it somewhere where they actually put some pride in their work.

Expensive waste of time.spent 3 hours waiting on an alignment and they didn't fix the alignment. They put the car on the rack, printed a sheet after I'd been there two hours, didn't deliver it, pulled my car off the rack and parked it. With no one else in the stalls. And it wasn't until another hour and 15 later and I went out into the parking lot to just see if anyone was going to do ANYTHING AT ALL. and said it'd be another half an hour of labor to take a plastic panel off my car so they didn't perform the alignment. That they know is out. That I told them was out.That'll be 50 dollars. check your wheels. Yes it's out, no we didn't fix it.I'd gladly pay an extra 40 dollars of labor to not be jerked around for 3 hours when I want something that needs done finished.Nevermind that it was still a full hour before close and they couldn't be bothered to ask me if I was ok with a charge, they just didn't do it. Told me it was probably my wheels and tires. The wheels and tires that I just inspected put tires on and balanced last week.Hot. Lazy. Garbage. Never Again.

BLUF: Keaton's customer service literally saved my life.Came here to get my tire pressure back to speed but couldn't figure out if I was using the air right. I'm not car savvy. Went inside and asked for assistance and Keaton went out of his way to confirm I was doing things right. I then proceeded to ask questions about potentially fixing my tire due to the continuous loss of pressure and despite how busy they were he gave me a solid unsugarcoated response then gave me the contact info to see if anything opens up for that day for a simple 10 minute fix. I would not have called that AFTERNOON if he didn't give me the number and would have driven home in that condition. Come to find out, my tire had a nail in the shoulder by the sidewall and it's getting bigger (making it unrepairable), hence the continously loss of pressure... He made sure he was able to find and order a tire and have it delivered that same AFTERNOON so I can drive home safely. Driving through fast paced I-15 everyday, I can only imagine what would've happened had he not given me time without judgements for my lack of knowledge... His customer service earned this place a 5*. We'll now come here for future fixes or maintenance.

I visited this NEX auto care shop for numerous repairs, all of which required rework. I had a clutch repaired and when i picked up my car there were loose wires and cables not connected. And after i picked up my car, there were additional problems that weren't there prior to my repair. Front shocks and rack and pinion. Both expensive repairs. Very very poor customer service. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Very poor service to military community.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! took my car to get an oil change with a tire rotation. while the service was done in about 3 hours, i came back to pay for it. right before paying, i take a look at the invoice, and i read the wrong oil type was put in my engine. upon seeing this, they offer to change it which i obviously said yes. it didnt take long to do that but then when i asked for the old invoice to keep for my protection of any engine failure, it was like pulling teeth; not to mention they started to give me attitude at this point. AFTER ALL THIS WAS DONE AND I SIGNED MY RECEIPT, I HEAR THE GUY SAY "we dont run a fishy business around here". i wish i could make this up. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!!

I paid for four tires in addition to the installation and wheel alignment. The counter clerks were polite, but my impression is they were very busy and likely understaffed. I consistently saw them asking their managers for assistance with other companies for transaction confusion. I was waiting in line for a while, which the clerks noticed, they than proceeded to chit chat with each other instead of calling me to the counter. When I was finally beckoned I was met with low energy and an employee who seemed like he'd rather be taking care of any other task other than his primary job. After an hour and a half of waiting, I approached the clerk to ask for an ETA. After probably ten minutes of the employee juggling his tasks, he told me that the tires had been swapped, but it was taking extra time because the mechanics found other concerns and were writing an estimate for repairs. After another 30 minutes I approached the employee a final time and requested my vehicle. Ten minutes later I was told that the alignment could not be performed and I would be refunded. I had officially been waiting there for two hours and 30 minutes by the time I sat in my car again. I, like most people, think it's a really good feeling when a service center treats your time and money with care and expediency. It's not realistic that you will always have an enjoyable experience in similar circumstances, but it's at least nice when you are treated with empathy and respect. Do yourself a favor, just buy the needed product from the Nex, and pay a private company who will treat your time and money with care and who will move with a purpose to ensure a job-well-done.

Just tried to call and ask a question 1 hour before closing. They tried to ack like they weren't there by taking 5 mi to answer the call and when they answered they acted like they couldn't hear me

I don't recommend the navy Autoport at 32nd St. to anyone anymore They spoke very badly to me tried to keep my vehicle from me longer than necessary and lied to me quite a lot. I suspect they broke my vehicle but I have no proof. But I was so uncomfortable and suspicious about what they were doing to my vehicle when they had it for a week that I traded it in and bought a new car. I will never go back there again for any reason whatsoever. And I don't recommend it to anyone. They are no longer trustworthy.

Every time I have taken my vehicle in, more and more problems start happening. My vehicle was working perfectly before the service and now all sorts of problems have been popping up. Take your vehicle out in town, avoid at all costs
