Thank you Javier and Roland after having a bad experience at another auto zone 🙄(on 30th st) the staff at this auto zone was helpful, kind and very transparent. They resolved my problem gave me a diagnostic informed me of a bad battery I then purchased a new battery and the new diagnostic was a bad alternator. Now I left with resolution and during the whole experience was informed clearly of what was going on with my vehicle. Thank you thank you thank you to the helpful spirit of the people that work here. I recommend this Auto Zone for sure after this experience I will come back.

Customer service and staff were superb! Only wish they had 36 or 48 months battery's. 30 month battery was all they had on hand.

Michael helped me find the correct engine coolant for my car and when I nervously asked about how to replace it he offered kindly to help me out. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road this morning. I’m very grateful for his stellar customer service!

The young gentleman that helped me buy a car battery this morning 3/24/24 was so cool. He was very helpful but also real. He made me feel appreciated without putting on an act to try show customer service but a genuinely welcoming and kind person.
