I am 73. I went in today to get replacement windshield wipers. Knew nothing! Roxanne was super helpful and kind. She also installed them quickly and efficiently. If not for her, i would not have even known that there are 2 sizes. Thank you to Roxanne ! She is an asset to your store! Well done!

Awesome parts store with a wide variety of parts and tools for automotive repairs. Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. Seemed eager to help me find the parts I needed to keep my beater going.

Had a great experience at the Tierrasanta Store. After purchased a set of wiper blades that was supposed to be the right fit. I was having issues using the part to make it fit, I went back to the store for assistance, Angel went out of his way to troubleshoot why it was not working, he realized another one was needed. Not only did he find the right one for me, he even change the part the makes it work for my Vehicle. Thank you Angel for the assistance

Took oil to AutoZone and they told me smelled like gas so they wouldn't take it. I think they better get re-trained on what a petroleum product smells like.
