He's a great person, he helped me a lot with my car with checking if my alternator or battery was working or not and he told the battery needs some charge bc it was low.

I understand that timing can be a big thing but locking the doors 10 minutes early and preventing customers from buying products is messed up. I used to enjoy coming here but the white employee just laughed at me whilst locking the door. That’s just horrendous.

I want to send a big shout out to the AMAZING staff over at AutoZone (92154) in S.San Diego. Super employees: Vanessa Ru, Sales Rep., and Jorge Arriaga, parts Manager and the Store Manager Guillermo R. If you are looking for above and beyond service, stop looking! The service is the best I have ever encountered. ? recommended! Trust me after shopping here this will be your go to store if you live near by.
My fiancé and I were buying parts for our vehicle repair. We were unsure about some of the parts - so many parts with the same name, anyway. The staff has great team players who took the time to answer our many questions, and provided us with all the options available. They did not rush us in any way and in addition they worked as a team to help us figure out which were the correct parts. Even thought they did not have all my parts, they kindly AND patiently consulted with near by stores to make sure they had what we needed. While there, we encountered such beautiful interaction between colleagues. So rare to see. I thought i’d share.
I recommend them to anyone who is looking for great customer service while searching for auto parts. As a woman, it can be difficult to find friendly people you can trust with your vehicle, so I'm very happy to have been referred to this Auto Zone. Vanessa Ru, Jorge Arriaga, and Guillermo R, are the best! Gracias.

I would like to thank so much Victor in Auto Zone 3321 Palm Avenue for placing the battery in my Spark Chervolet. He is polite, professional and explained to me to watch the year of battery for next replacement. I learned right then how to look at my car battery date.
I'm a senior and his help meant a lot for me. Thank you so much Victor. ☺️ Great job!

I left one review but upon further review they sold my wife my a boat part when I needed a car part. I sent her to store with the correct part and still autozone sold her the wrong part. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.EDIT added a photo for proof: I think it's hilarious but it's also sad the lack of intelligence of the associates.

I went to this store a few days ago and I was surprised as to how friendly the staff was. I got helped by Jessica and she recommended the best parts for my vehicle. She also informed me about the military discount and it helped me save some money. Will definitely be returning in the future.

This Autozone has one of the best customer service, I always feel welcomed and their employees are always happy to help. The other day I went to buy some wipers for my car and a girl name Denisse I believe was her name, she had purple hair, kindly offered to help me with them even tho it was raining outside I denied but I still felt that was very nice of her.
